The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet.

There were no special amenities. I expected more for the price and the extra resort fee. There’s no resort!!

Conveniently located to walk anywhere in south beach. Directly across from the beach. Free beach towels and chairs included.

I had to change rooms because the first room’s headboard backed up to the elevator and it was too noisy and shook the wall. The floors in both rooms were dirty so my bare feet were constantly black and I had to constantly wash them or wear socks the whole time. The AC doesn’t work consistently. It either works and gets ice cold or it just doesn’t work at all and gets hot. The valet took 45 mins to bring my car and wouldn’t help me carry my bags down the front entrance stairs at checkout. Solo female traveler with 2 bags and he just stared at me as I struggled to carry them down the stairs thru the restaurant and crowd of people and then load them in my car. Thankfully a nice man eating at the restaurant jumped up to help me. I ate once at Icon restaurant and the food was disgusting and the staff was not attentive and the restaurant manager there is a complete joke.

camera sporca molto polverosa senza ricircolo d'aria, le pulizie durante il mio soggiorno (4notti) non sono mai state fatte nonostante l'avessi fatto presente, staff inesistente quasi, colazione apre alle 9 e prima non c'è nessuno, hotel sporco e maltenuto in generale, c'è la necessità di un rinnovo. non lo consiglio a nessuno!!!!

the location and food was excellent… but the staff was exceptional… they made my staff very comfortable..comfortable and clean rooms.. I highly recommend.

The property in terms of its location is quite good if you are looking to be directly on Ocean Drive in the heart of the action. Rooms are spacious, clean and reasonably well appointed

Firstly, staff are friendly enough but I did not find any of them particularly welcoming, barely spoken a word to you when you walked in and out. The blinds in the room are a MAJOR issue. we were at the back of the hotel against an alley way, of which a massive spot light shined light directly into the room. the blinds are cheap, so do not really block any light, so at night, the room is quite bright. The surrounding noise is relatively high, despite us being in rear of the hotel, but this is to be expected based on the location. If you don’t want this, I would suggest staying one or two streets back. To be honest, we made our own error in staying here as, yes, we wanted to be in the heart of it all, but given we are in our late 30’s - all night partying is not our scene. that’s on us.

we liked the location, near the beach, and everything we wanted. Miguel at the main desk was a gentleman, very courteous and great at helping us to plan activities. He is definitely a great asset to the hotel . He has excellent interpersonal skills and he is at the right position, at the entrance and interacting with the everyday customers. Eric is also great at dealing with people.

unfortunately one night we had the fire alarm or siren on, around 2 am. It is very unfortunate that you can’t control that people smoke in the rooms. Other than that we were very pleased during our stay

Not clean, not quite inside, bar over crowded, bad towels in bathroom, no paper in bathroom, no clear when booking regarding patty hours, phone in room not working...

Everything. The hotel is on South Beach, which you should only book if you like the smell of drugs around you 24/7. The room we were given is tiny (had to upgrade), the service was pathetic (staff just stood there and didn’t even offer to help for anything), the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. In summary, don’t waste your money here (it is pricey!)
