This is a very large 2bd, 2bth house with everything you need and such a lovely host. Very quiet street. Visiting family in 2 directions, so 280 easy access. Would visit again!!

This is a well-equipped home that truly felt like home! Super clean and very spacious! Location was centrally located to all the places we needed to go to, and it had lots to offer within walking distance. Host was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues while we were there. We would definitely stay again! Perfect rating for this immaculate and happy-feeling home!

Our family greatly enjoyed our time in the home. It was a comforting refuge when we lost power at our own home for over a week. Home had everything we needed and the communication and service was top notch!

This house was very clean and very nice. It was in a great location.

We needed a place to stage supplies for a wedding and to get away from wedding craziness. This home was an excellent choice in terms of size, location, proximity to stores, comfort, ease to get to, and well stocked with basics including coffee, which always indicates to me that the owner cares about our stay. The Folkers were lovely and helpful hosts. We appreciated their assistance and apology for the fact that the city was in the process of tearing up the street to replace sewers. It wasn’t a big negative and shouldn’t impact any future customers. We wish we’d had time to explore the Murphy walking street just a few blocks away.

This property was just perfect for our Bay Area trip. Great location for visits to San Francisco, San Jose, and Santa Cruz. Walkable to coffee and many stores. Cute neighborhood. Property managers were wonderful to communicate with and so welcoming. House was clean and had all we needed. Highly recommend this property.

When our extended family arrived, we had plenty of space for everyone to have meals with us indoors or out. The house has generous amounts of seating. Location of the house is perfect to walk to restaurants (dine in or carry-out), groceries, movies, museums, parks, or just to take long walks.

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds, very well equipped kitchen and great living room space. We especially enjoyed the sundeck. The location was great... easy walk to coffee shops, Whole Foods and many fun, local restaurants. We hope to be back!

We were very comfortable. The bed and linens were suburb and we had a lovely place to be together during this busy time of trying to find an apartment for a cross country move for our daughter. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Food was delish

Our family traveled during the covid pandemic to the San Jose area, and I've got to say that California knows how to mask up and make you feel safe! The house was excellent and was within a block or two of a grocery store, a Target with a grocery store and Starbucks, a Dicks Sporting Goods, and a nice downtown area with shops, restaurants, and an awesome farmers market on Saturdays (all within walking distance on sidewalks and lighted streets.) Our family felt at home as we traveled to the San Jose/Palo Alto area for medical treatment at Stanford Medical Center (about 20 minutes away). The rental house is also conveniently located near the San Jose Airport (SJC) - about 15 minutes away and a short 45 minute drive over to the coast at Half Moon Bay, where you can drive along the coastline north to San Francisco, or south to Monterey. The owners of this property are great people who really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I have to go back to Stanford in the Spring of 2021 and in years to come for various checkup's and will most definitely check to see if this house is available!

Didn't have any issues. It would be nice to have linens and toiletries available upon arrival but, other than this it was a great place.

Would 100% stay here again and I cannot recommend the location and the place itself enough. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, with a sizable backyard! What more can you ask for!

This home was very nice and spacious. It looks just like the pictures, and the description is accurate. Lisa was great and quick with responses. Her and her husband were very nice and accommodating. If it is available, I will stay there again on my next trip to the Bay Area.
