Loved our time staying in Aruba! This property has everything you need to chill and hang out all day and night, but is close to everything when you want to go out on the town! Loved our time here, would definitely stay again!!

This home is perfect for a family traveling together who need separate spaces when you are done exploring or beaching for the day. It has a comfortable open concept living area and a well stocked kitchen, 2 baths inside and 3 bedrooms, and a pool house with a laundry room and half bath. The outside area is amazing with a covered eating area that always has a breeze, a beautiful pool that's cleaned 2xs per week by professionals, lounge chairs, and a hammock. They also provide plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and two large coolers to use while visiting places around the island. The location is perfect for easily exploring Eagle Beach, Palm Beach, Boca Catalina, and all the shops and restaurants nearby are convenient as well. You would definitely need to rent a vehicle IMO. Without one you'd spend $$$$$ on taxis and driving in Aruba isn't difficult if using maps.me. Just download before you come and use the GPS coordinated mentioned in another review to find the house initially. The property manager, Daniel, was great to work with. Seamless easy experience all around. I wouldn't definitely book with thus team again and give them a 10/10. Chanda

A short stay in Noord but memorable. A beautiful home. Very clean. We’ll appointed. Fenced yard. Washer and dryer and extra 1/2 bath outside. We would stay again in a heart beat.

Great rental for a family, exactly as listed. Quiet street, neighbors were nice and didn't get into our business. Pool was very nice and clean. Not the easiest to find but do not navigate via the address with either Waze or google maps. Navigate to these coordinates (12.582220, -70.032071), that should get you to the front door.

We loved the location and the villa! Close to all beaches and restaurants... The home was clean and comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach.

Home was as advertised. The check in and check out prosses with Daniel was a breeze. We enjoyed the occasional Goat herd roaming the neighborhood. The one recommendation would be better water pressure in the shower. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful. It was comfortable and the backyard was private for use of the swimming pool. Everyone in the family felt like being at home. There was road construction on the road right before getting to the villa and had problems getting there. Daniel was nice of enough to find us and we followed him to the villa. He also took the time to give us alternate routes to the villa, information about places on the island, and their locations. It was nice knowing we had someone to contact if needed. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return.

This 5 star house provided beach towels, beach chairs and 2 large coolers. We always felt safe in the home and I would definitely stay in this home again. The mattresses on each bed, except the full bed, had a memory foam mattress. We slept fabulous every single night. The management team was very helpful and friendly.

Great location to the nightlife but located in a quiet residential area with a life-saving pool that was the perfect temperature. The hosts were very responsive and very caring to the needs and issues. We had little trouble finding the house from the airport and would recommend this to any and all that want the freedom to roam the island without sacrificing the privacy of a home. Perfect house, clean and super swimming pool. We really loved it and, if we go to Aruba again, will come back again

Great property, flight arrived late, Jose and Rixt had everything ready for us when we arrived, house was in good shape, nice yard, pool. This was especially important this trip due to the corona virus which had us stay at the house more than normal. Overall great property and very good property managers. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a nice quiet place in a residential neighborhood. Management was responsive and fair. Car is a necessity here.
