The house was nice and cozy with hotel style amenities. Within a short walking distance of the lake, beach, park, shops, restaurants. Our host Bryan was was great. He sent us a welcome message and later checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

This home was wonderful! Loved the front porch! Easy access to beach and downtown. The house provided so many things that we didn't have to bring or buy when we arrived. It really met all of our needs. Would highly recommend for families.

Loved our stay here! The location is perfect. Walkable to the lake, restaurants, and the brewery. There is a small grocery store one block over. The hosts were very responsive with questions and the home was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was very well appointed, beds were comfy with quality bedding, and the bathrooms were a good size and had everything we needed. The location was great for walking downtown and it was very close to the lake. The only problem we had was when we put the heat on high enough for the upstairs rooms, it made the downstairs bedroom too warm. It all worked out OK though. I would definitely stay here again! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Property is close proximity to the downtown beach area which is really nice. The house was consistent to online pictures. The communication with property manager was good and all went according to plan. The only negative of our stay was the intense amount of fruit flies or other bug on the outdoor patio/back door as there are trees around the house. I assume we just hit our luck bad with that though and were there on a weekend the weather caused the bugs to be bad as I did see a lot downtown as well. Overall a great rental experience!

Downtown is actually walkable distance, too.
Kitchen area well stocked with attractive dishware also. (We utilized restaurants but everything was provided if you wanted to cook your meals.)
Bathroom and bedroom spaces beautifully decorated and functional.
Parking in front, on a quiet street- or on the lot next to side entrance, was very convenient (especially for unloading and loading cars after stay)

Easy walking distance to downtown shops, park boat launch and lakefront. Nice amenities and well kept. Slept 8 comfortably with two full bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book it again when we are back in Clear Lake.

We had a great time at this home. The house was nearly perfect for four couples. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood two blocks from the main street nightlife, shopping, and meals.

Our family loved this property. We walked to the lake, park, and downtown and enjoyed time on the front porch. The communication with the host was exceptional and we appreciated all of their extra touches in the home. We will highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

Perfect Spot!
The house is beautiful. Comfortable, thoughtful...that relaxing vibe. It is in the middle of town. Walkable to all the shops, the beach, the restaurants. It was perfect for our purposes (old) college pals and our teen kids. They had the freedom they needed to go about town and we were able to just chill in adorable Clear Lake. Clear Lake was not on my radar screen at all--the pandemic had us scrambling to find a spot and we thankfully ended up here. We will be back.

Perfect for our family!
We love this house! From the minute we walked in, we knew we made the right choice. It has everything...and all nicely updated, with a perfect layout for our family...my husband, me, and our two adult kids. Owners were available and responsive to questions. We would highly recommend!

Cozy and clean weekend stay
We appreciated the cozy feel of this house, which was clean and up to date thanks to the recent renovation but also decorated to feel like home. We visited in the covid fall off-season, so there wasn't much going on in Clear Lake but we had easy walking access to the lake views, park for our 1.5 year old, and downtown for take-out. Communication and the check-in process were very easy.

Fantastic 1st Time Expierence
I can't even begin to say what a wonderful experience I had with this property. The Charm of the house is perfection. A lot of thought went into this home and the amenities went above and beyond. The communication with the owners was flawless. This was my first time doing a VRBO and I don't think I will travel any other way from now on. Best Expierence ever!
