We have stayed in this hotel many times and every time we’ve enjoyed very much. Location near the Sarit Center, balcony, so friendly staff, nice bed, so nice room, so good breakfast!

The breakfast was very relevant for me. I liked having green tea in ceramic teapot. Location is also satisfied me: Sarit center was at the walking distance.

The Best Western was way above our expectations. It is a very modern fabulous hotel within the city. The 180 view of the skyline from our room was exceptional. The restaurant Craft at the hotel and the breakfast were superb. My place to go to next time I visit Nairobi. Book it. You will not repent.

We loved the cleanliness, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good!

Since it’s a touristy part of town while walking to the Sarit Center we encountered some people on the street begging for money and some made inappropriate comments.

The entire stay was perfect. We stayed for two nights with family. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are professional, gracious, and friendly. Nicolas was great. Thank you so much. We will stay here again.

Que pese a que tenía dos centros comerciales cerca no es aconsejable salir si vas sola. Pese a que tenía gimnasio me parece que es pequeño y hacia falta más opción de pesas.

Great location. Friendly and attentive staff. Very comfortable bed. Flexible on check-out time.

The junior king suite (#1102) is located right next to the rooftop bar/club. The noise on weekend nights is terrible. Loud music and voices….it was so loud I may as well have been at the bar myself. I could barely hear the TV in the room or sleep until the night party was over well after midnight. I would have been better off in room on a lower floor.

Very friendly staff, clean room, centralized location (close to mall) and fantastic breakfast. We had the one bedroom suite and it was spacious and quiet. Washer and dyer are also included in the room.

The breakfast was great, I would recommend that they offer avocados as an option in the buffet. In general, the quality and variety were great.

I paid for my cappuccino during breakfast but I learned after the fact that it is complementary for guests staying at the hotel. I wish I had known sooner.

Staffs are really welcoming with a big smile. Good place to stay near by city Centre.

Location was perfect, super safe, professional setup. A great hotel and option in Nairobi, a bit more expensive than other options but absolutely worth the higher price!

Lovely clean modern hotel which did not disappoint. Very comfortable room and bed. Iron snd ironing board in room, fridge. Unfortunately safe did not work. Reception staff very welcoming and professional. Fantastic selection at breakfast and 2 other restaurants to choose from, one being a Rooftop restaurant with bar. Location next to 4 shopping malls with alot of choice of restaurants and bars. If I come to Nairobi I will definitely stay there again. Security excellent.

Nice breakfast, clean and stylish room, good water pressure in shower, quiet room, tv supported playing content from your device, friendly staff and good restaurants.

The view from our room was an office building, very close. People working there were staring at our room if we opened the curtains. The bathroom had a window to the room, which would have been fine if not for the bathroom mirror. This bathroom mirror had a screen that showed the time or temperature every 15 seconds. Through the window, the screen's light are pretty bright and flickering at night and we ended up covering the window with a towel to get some flicker-free sleep.

I like that it was affordable and had the option of a daily breakfast.

I didn't like that online it says there is a washer in select rooms. When we arrived, we found that it was not the case. You have to pay for laundry services. We specifically booked this hotel because of the promise of a washer in the room. Also, our shower was not cleaned at all there was hair and grime left from the previous guests. Also, we arranged shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. When we arrived we did not have cell service and could not contact the hotel to let them know that we were in customs for over 2 hours. When we got outside we looked for the driver whom we couldn't find (when leaving the airport there is a sea of taxi/Uber drivers and its very hard to find anyone in the crowd). Because we didn't take the shuttle the wanted to charge us full price for a shuttle we didn't take. We were stunned to learn that we would have to pay. We didn't want any trouble so we reluctantly paid.

This is not just a hotel its a home ! perfect hotel ever. the room so big and clean , the room services is very good . the reception staff is more than professional, any time you ask them for help they do it with very beautiful smile 😊 i arrived early before the regular time to check in i told them I’m tired they helped me only in less than 15 minutes and arranged the room for me . i booked a one day trip with them , perfect tour guide , comfortable van and it was amazing trip . the spa they recommended to me was more than amazing and professional. don’t know how to thank them really thank you from the bottom of my heart . i will miss those smiles in your lovely face . when i come back kenya you will be my first destination 🇰🇪❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️special thanks to Sheryl l & maureen 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡love you

Cleanliness. I noticed the bin next to the elevator was not emptied the entire duration of my stay. Also my bathroom walls were not clean.
