The view and location were excellent. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening. The pools and access to the beach couldn’t be beat. We also enjoyed the private rooftop deck and grill. We highly recommend this condo. It was well worth the money.

Loved the location! Very clean and just perfect distance to the beach, sitting on the balcony in the morning and roof top in the evening. Weather was perfect and I can see why they say it is One Happy Island! We will be back next year!

Great location and views ! Kitchen has everything you need but it will be nice to have some new pieces of furniture specially on the living room and roof top. Also it will be great to switch to a digital lock for the main door rather than keys Mario, the host, was attentive and friendly We really enjoyed our stay !

There is nothing we would change about the room or the vacation! The apartment was well stocked (towels, beach chairs, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, etc!) The beds were very comfortable, the living space was very clean, the kitchen was complete! Thank you for providing a beautiful space for a perfect vacation! Could have taken the whole family! We are looking forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Clean and well kept property that’s very close to one of the best beaches in the world. This property is close to everything and the owner and manager are very helpful and responsive. Lovely views of the ocean but the sunset view is somewhat obstructed by the construction of a new hotel. The rooftop deck is exciting. I give it my highest recommendation.

John’s apartment was great for our family of five. Perfect location with a 5 min walk to the beach across the street through the property. The apartment is well appointed with all you need for the beach including towels, chairs, cooler, and toys for the kids. The kitchen has all you need, including a French press for morning coffee with some local roast. Balcony faces the ocean with beautiful sunsets and rue private rooftop terrace was great for BBQs and quiet time. Definitely would visit again!

Location of property and view of Eagle Beach were amazing, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. Condo had everything we needed - kitchen supplies, linens, cooler, towels and chairs for the beach. It was very comfortable and we would stay here again!

Easy walking to restaurants and perfect for sunsets. After seeing how busy the full resorts like Marriot are the pool and beach here are way more easy going.

It was a wonderful trip! Loved the amenities of the condo. Owner and on site staff were great! Easy to communicate with and address concerns. They really thought about all the needs in the kitchen, bathroom, beach. We would be happy to return here again sometime.

This is a wonderful property in a perfect location. The penhouse has beautiful views of the beach and sunset from the balcony and also from the full patio above the residence which is exclusive to this unit. The host and also the building management were very responsive and answered all questions before and during the stay. The apartment is very clean, and provided all we needed including everything for the beach - beach chairs, towels, floats. The unit also had tennis racquets. The kitchen had all we needed along with plenty of supplies like cooking oil, spices, etc. The only downside of the unit is that there is construction going on for a large hotel / condo on the left side of the property. Work starts a bit after 7am and is done before evening. They don't work on Sunday. We were never disturbed by the work, but it does take a bit away from the views. Also, while we were there the dryer vent was clogged - we let the onsite contact know and they said they would fix that. When all is said and done, we would definately come back to this unit again. All the positive comments you see on VRBO are right on the money.

A well cared for condo and property! Clean, spacious, comfortable, and fantastic view. Very good communication with the owner and property manager, Mario, was there to greet us. Eagle Beach, which is across the street, is the most beautiful beach, which we enjoyed every day. There are chairs, umbrella, and coolers for your use.There are also 3 well kept swimming pools on the property. Passions is a great beach bar as well as Bugaloo's at Palm Beach. We had a great time exploring the island on an all day ABC Jeep tour. Check it out online. Condo 513 has its own private penthouse, which we did not use because we were just too busy. Rent a car to go to restaurants and see beautiful Aruba!!!

The Oceania where this VRBO is situated is an exceptional property on Eagle Beach. Short Review - Do not hesitate to book. You will be delighted.This is a fantastic VRBO and simply felt like having my own beach home. Longer review - I always read the reviews posted and appreciate a few details. This VRBO is perfectly situated - out the gate of the property, 20 steps forward and you are on the beach. There are a number of huts for shade but they can be difficult to secure. This is the case whether you stay on Palm Beach or Eagle Beach. The VRBO itself is ideal - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Exceptionally comfortable beds. All supplies you will need in a kitchen, A washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, shampoo, soap, and body wash are all available for use. The place was spotless on arrival. The grocery store is an easy 20 minute walk along the pathway that is located out the Oceania gate. The bigger hotels on Palm Beach are another 10-15 min walk. We did not have a car and did not miss having a car as we booked Viator excursions with pickup at this VRBO. Security would call a cab for us. Bring cash as cabs only take cash. All restaurants took credit cards. My daughter used the gym at the Oceania multiple days and we spent time at the 3 different pools at the oceania. We had a fantastic stay at the Oceania 513. 10/10 +++

We had an amazing stay! Great communication from the owner and the on-site manager. They truly go the extra mile to make everything convenient and easy. Our family loved being able to walk right across to the beach to relaxduring the day and see sunsets at night. There are so many amazing restaurants within walking distance up and down the beach as well! This was truly the perfect place for our family of 4. We especially enjoyed being able to use the rooftop at night to see the stars and relax. The condo was well appointed with everything you need to have an amazing experience, including beach chairs, towels and cooler. We look forward to visiting again!

Feels like home. Comfort with home-like amenities . Owner and property manager open lines of communication to assure that you stay is flowing smooth. The beach like pool is amazing. Security at the gate 24/7. Grounds around the complex are impeccable. Very quiet.

We truly enjoyed this property and think it is ideal for a visit to Aruba. Highlights: • The Owner is super responsive, helpful, and friendly. • The on-site Property Manager is equally so. • The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. Nicely equipped, including comfy beds, complete kitchen tools, and ESPN (for after dark). • The grounds are beautiful and maintained to a very high standard. Resort quality. A total of 4 swimming pools. • Location, location, location. The 1-block walk from our condo to Eagle Beach is entirely through the condo grounds. The complex literally across the street from Eagle Beach. The road does not have much traffic and people stop for pedestrians. We also think the property is located in the perfect spot along Eagle Beach. It’s a small section that has not (yet) been over developed, so the beach huts are not densely spaced like the beach in either direction. Fewer people! Lots of space, particularly compared to the hotel zone. • Hotel zone is a 5-10 minute bus ride away for more food options. Bus comes every 20 mins during the day, and 40 mins in the evening. Cabs are also plentiful. • Super Food grocery is an easy walk away, under a mile, and entirely on sidewalks. • Our unit, listed as a penthouse, featured a huge patio on the roof. It was our favorite space after the sun went down. Relax, enjoy a meal and a beverage, and listen to the ocean. Really great private space. Some other notes: • The master bedroom has an ocean view. The second bedroom does not (who cares; we only slept there). • The balconies are close to adjacent unit balconies. Just go to the rooftop patio for more privacy! Being our first time to Aruba, we were a little nervous to not stay at a known resort. However, after a lot of research we decided to find a rental away from the resort area. Luckily I found John’s condo right on Eagle Beach. Once we booked, we received an email with all pertinent information. I sent a response and a few questions back and the owner, John offered to give me a call. He answered all of my stupid touristy questions, gave some amazing recommendations, even some tips on snorkeling, and definitely made us feel great about our choice. When we arrived security treated us like VIP’s. They were so nice and personable. The area felt safe at all times but it was still nice knowing security was always there. We were able to check in and honestly the listing pictures don’t do it justice. The condo is updated, has everything you need. Not to mention a balcony and a private rooftop to watch the sunset over Eagle Beach. The property manager on site checked on us to see if we needed anything and was very responsive to any questions we had. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay at their piece of paradise. They even checked on us to make sure everything was good, then followed up to see if anything could be improved. The only thing that can make it better is if I lived here full time. Will definitely be back soon!

My husband and I had a fantastic time at this property! The check-in process was smooth, there is free parking on-site, and 24-hour security which made it feel very safe. The views from the balcony and upstairs patio were incredible. The pool area was inviting and relaxing, and the home was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was super communicative in answering my many questions, as this was our first trip to Aruba, and now we can't wait to go back!

We rarely leave reviews, because we always find some (or several) complaints, but here we are happy to give 5 stars do to the engagement of our host and warm reception by the property staff. Yes, there are a few small things the owner has advised will be addressed, but if you are interested to have a huge rooftop patio to yourself, give this one some thought. It's a bit off the beach so no crashing waves to put you to sleep, but really nice views. Pool never crowded, a walk across the street to the beach. Construction to the lot left was minimal during our stay, but bears consideration. We never go the same place twice, but if we did, this place is top of the list.

Perfect location with a short walk to the amazing Eagle Beach. Everything you need for the beach is in the condo (chairs and coolers). Kitchen is fully stocked. All you need is to purchase food. Upstairs patio is large and excellent for watching sunsets. Oceania has several pools which are never too busy. Property Manager Mario is extremely helpful and friendly. We highly recommend John's condo.
