Just a few minutes walk from Portobello Rd, the location couldn't have been better. My family had a terrific couple nights, never having to leave the area. Excellent dining and shopping was a few blocks from our doorstep.

We had 6 adults staying here for a week. We had no trouble finding the place. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Washer and dryer are both in the kitchen. Location is within easy walking distance of a couple of tube stations - we used Ladbroke Grove primarily. 2 wonderful pubs close (Knight of Notting Hilll and The Elgin), easy walk to grocery stores, easy walk to Portabello Market and lots of great shops in Notting Hill. We would stay here again! Valerie was very responsive to any questions

Loved Notting Hill and found the property close to restaurants nearby and tube stations. The property needs just a bit of attention in some minor areas and is a challenge to find but overall was a great place for a party of 4 adult friends. Would recommend it to others.

Our family (husband, daughter, son in law and 2 teenaged grandsons) thoroughly enjoyed our Notting Hill experience. The location was perfect for "the typical London" neighborhood experience. The Elgin Pub and Portobello Market were wonderful. Once coordinates for entrance are given to taxi/Uber getting into London proper is about a 45 minute ride (accounting for traffic). The townhouse is perfect for families or groups. We definitely would recommend this Notting Hill Townhouse

Comfortable, well furnished home near Notting Hill. Lovely patios added to the ambiance. The Tube and buses were about a 10 minute walk. Portobello Road market is about a 15 minute walk. Playgrounds were conveniently located a few minutes away. Good communication with owners. With our large family group of 4 adults and 4 children we were able to spread out nicely. One other major feature is that you are staying in a residential area and feel a little more connected to the community

We loved our stay in this gorgeous, large home in Notting Dale. It was a perfect place for our family, providing plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and gathering places. The home is impeccably clean and has everything you need. Loved that we could walk to great places to eat and shop and close to the Underground as well. Valerie was a terrific, communicative host. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! My friends and I were in town for the coronation and with the five of us it was the perfect space. The house is very clean and well kept and communication was great. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe but if you are looking for amenities like coffee, grocery etc. right outside the door, you do need to walk about 10 minutes or so which isn’t a big deal for me. There are three different tube station you could go to within the same distance depending on what line. I would definitely recommend the house for a large group! Just be aware there is a windy, narrow spiral staircase up to the bedrooms so if you have small children or you can’t handle a suitcase up several flights of stairs it’s probably not the best option.

Overall it was comfortable and clean, but a few issues arose. the undersink was leaking water when we arrived which we had to fix ourselves. The dishes and cutlery, especially inadequate to use. Dull knives, and the kitchen did not seem to have the right items to cook with. Very worn and cheap . The beds were comfortable enough, and the bathrooms as well. The only complaint would be the kitchen. Many essentials like sugar not supplied, and so forth. This is minor, but feel that the kitchen should have been stocked a little better.

Absolutely fabulous! Plenty of space for all and nearby to tubes! We enjoyed every second. Host was available for all questions…even when she was on holiday! 😊

The house was just perfect for our extended family! With plenty of space for our kids and adults to play cards at night and talk about all the things we did that day. Location was great - easily accessible to two tubes and everything was within 30 to 45 min away. Plus the walk through knotting hill was just beautiful even in the cold winter!

We were a party of 6 staying at this property, and everything about it was just as described. Every bedroom having its own bathroom and shower was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The property owner shared very detailed direction for everything necessary for our stay. We had a great trip at this excellent property!

The property is excellent. 3 good bedrooms with three en-suites. Good lounge/living and kitchen. Good location handy to everything. Elgin pub is excellent - just been refurbished.

We own a vacation rental of our own in the US, so we have experience managing and maintaining a place like this, and we were really impressed with this property. Highly recommend it!

Place is exactly as described and was a perfect place for our family trip to London. Location was great as long as you don’t mind using public transportation. Notting Hill neighborhood is a nice change of pace to downtown London. Owner did a great job with communication and provided all information that we needed for our stay. Would stay here again.

What an outstanding property and location! Owner communication was great. Check-in was easy, unit extremely clean with a full array of everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Our stay at 7 Verity Close was wonderful! The host provided all the info we needed and the place was super clean and well appointed. It’s a bit far from the center of the city but we used the Tube frequently and Uber - all with no problems. Host made herself available if we needed anything but we did not. There were many amenities within walking distance and we were able to drop our bags upon arrival which made our first day SO much easier. Lovely trip to London with a nice place to come home to each night!!

We stayed at Valerie’s place back in October 2021. The place was beautifully kept, clean and had everything you ever need. We were traveling with 9 people with small kids and the place was perfect for us. Parking off street could be a little challenging, but if you take subway, the station is walkable. Valerie was very quick with communication and very accommodating. Would love to stay at her place again in the future.
