Great spot for a GR stay, located near lots of nightlife and amenities downtown. Very clean apartment, quiet building.

Perfect location to walk around the area enjoying great restaurants and local spots. Founders brewery one of the best I’ve visited.

Beyond expectations except for noisy weekend bar activities. Two of us slept through the noise the other two had difficulty the first Saturday. Recommend good ear plugs for the light sleeper.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for our visit. Checkin and checkout process could have been smoother. Beds in our unit need to be updated-not very comfortable. We would rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was as described and the location was terrific. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a host of entertainment options.
The draw back is a lack of a table and our unit only had a couch and one side chair, which was a negative with four people. Also, try to request a second parking pass in advance as the parking was expensive otherwise. Positive, the gym was great and the unit included cleaning, washing and dishwasher supplies, as well as coffee. I would stay here again.

Took a quick weekend trip to Grand Rapids. Was perfect for our needs. 2 couples. Close to many things. The weather wasn't great but I think you could walk to many places. NIce to have parking. Would stay here again.

Location was perfect. Kitchen is perfect for coffee & breakfast, but very minimally stocked, which we read on other reviews. Was worried about noise as it faces freeway, but it was surprisingly quite! Suggest providing a full towel set. Each bathroom only had one hand towel. Adding Kleenex and additional shower soap would be nice.
Check in process requires you to stop at another location to pick up keys.

The apartment was in a great location to get around on foot and enjoy the weekend exploring Grand Rapids. The parking garage provided perfect access to the apartment and there was a parking lot right across from the building as well. The online check-in process gave us easy step by step directions about how to access the parking garage and apartment which was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Comfy accommodations - easy access
Apartment was clean, kitchen was well supplied. However, it would have been nice to have some microwave dishes to reheat things. Fortunately we did think to bring some of our own. Communication from property manager was great!

Great Location
On the edge of a modernized downtown Grand Rapids so much is in walking distance especially an amazing selection of restaurants and night life.
Having stayed in a number of condos and apartments on such trips I can say that this unit had all you needed if you thought of it as just a nicer hotel room.
The kitchen was short on equipment so eating in was not a good idea, and the metal chairs at the kitchen island did not make it comfortable anyway.. The living area and bedrooms were comfortable.

4 of us (2 couples) went to GR for a 50th bday party. This place was perfectly located; walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants. The place was comfortable, spacious and clean. Both bedrooms had attached bathrooms, privacy for both couples. Management communication was on point, and the instructions for check in and out were easily understood (and necessary!). We will be back and strongly recommend!

Better Than Expected!
4 of us (2 couples) went to GR for a 50th bday party. This place was perfectly located; walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants. The place was comfortable, spacious and clean. Both bedrooms had attached bathrooms, privacy for both couples. Management communication was on point, and the instructions for check in and out were easily understood (and necessary!). We will be back and strongly recommend!

Two of my children flew in from Texas to see there sister graduate from Grand Valley State …… we stayed for three days and had a blast!!!! Great location walked everywhere restaurants bars so much fun and the graduation was held across the street in the arena… it was so much better then staying in a hotel

Lovely place for a girls getaway. Clean, great location, everything within walking distance and had everything we needed. One small complain though - the pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable - more so than the typical sofa bed. Other than that, I would highly recommend!
