Maybe the tax.

To start the house was very clean, James was amazing to deal with I come up here to have surgery I did not want to stay in the hospital so me and my dr come to the agreement I could stay at a air b&b. I was very relaxed,very peaceful, and without a doubt safe.

Nothing about this property did I dislike at all.

There were 5 of us. There was plenty of room to relax and visit. It was a great alternative to a hotel.

There are solar windows, so it does get a little warm until the sun goes down. We bought a box fan and that helped with air flow.

The townhome was beautiful; tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything a family would need for a short or an extended stay. Our brief visit didn’t give us the opportunity to try the smoker grill on the patio, but it appeared fully functional and ready to use with grill tools and even a bag of quick light charcoal inside.

The towel bar in the hall bathroom needed repair, but that was literally the only thing I could point out and that was minor. Every property (including my own!) always needs something done.

This property was super convenient to Texas Tech. It was comfortable and totally served its purpose. Would definitely stay again. James was great and very accommodating. We loved our visit. We've got our "guns up" in hopes football season opens up and we will be back!
