Great location with all the resort amenities. Unit was clean and as described. We had 4 adults and 3 kids (all with our own rooms) very spacious and everyone was able to have their own privacy. Highly recommended!!!

The property was perfect for our girl's trip, we had a group of 11 and it fit us perfectly! We absolutely loved the location and the fact the tiki bar was open from morning til late for us to eat and drink. The waitresses came and served us at the pool and beach all day, it was perfect! Renting a chair for the beach and an umbrella was easy and reasonably priced. We also ate at the Italian restaurant and our waiter and our food were awesome! We were treated special the entire trip and we enjoyed ourselves so much! We will definitely come back!

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and accommodated our needs. The TiKi bar was awesome, great food and drinks. Grocery store nearby (you can walk), just a great location to everything. We particularly loved the dining table. It was huge and provided a lot of space for eating or just doing your own thing. It was very handy to have paper towels and garbage bags supplied. My only recommendations are that a small stick vacuum or broom with a dustpan be supplied. We found an old broom and used that but had no dustpan. It was almost impossible to keep sand off the floor no matter how good we wiped our feet. There were only 2 beach chairs, a few more would have been nice. For the price of the condo rental and the price of such beach chairs, you really should provide more. Overall it was a great vacation in a very good location.

Had the best time staying here for my friends bachlorette party! Perfect location with a tiki bar even being at the hotel and open late to get food. Loved that it was big enough for everyone but felt like a hotel vibe! So clean and sally was so nice she let us check in early with no extra charges and even came to introduce herself! 5/5 best experience! And it was so clean it even smelt clean! Not one complaint :)

The night before vacation time I get a message alert about Hurricane Ian, we didn't know what to do and we didn't know how that area was gonna be impacted and we didn't wanna take chances with a family with children so we didn't go, I've been asking for a refund or just reschedule for another time, so far I dint get an answer and its been 2 weeks already. If people don't understand a natural disaster that we can't control than I dont know what they ever will understand.

The room was beautiful, great views and spacious! The resort itself was great fun tiki bar and beautiful beach front property.

Our group of 10 girls came here to celebrate our bride to be. The check in process was as easy as us just walking in the door. When we were originally looking at places, we were concerned about everybody being able to get a bed and using up space in the living room for sleeping arrangements. With this condo, everyone was able to get a bed which made it very comfortable for all of us, and the living room stayed free for hanging out. The picture on the listing looks like the view from the room is all oceanfront, but there’s only one small part on the side where you can see the ocean. However the building itself is located right on the beach, so that didn’t phase us at all. We still got a nice view of outside, and spent most of our time down on the beach and in town anyways. There is a tiki bar restaurant attached to the property that we went to nearly every day for either breakfast, dinner or just drinks when we were hanging out. It was so convenient and the food was great, everyone was so pleasant. And everything is just a short Uber ride away. Would definitely recommend!!

This condo was amazing! SO clean, great location and in a totally safe area. The grounds are kept nicely and there’s a fun tiki bar to hang out and get drinks/food. The owner was so easy to get in contact with and she was all around so sweet and helpful. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!

For the price of the condo, I would not recommend anyone rent it. The property was not maintained well and the manager tried to tell us a leaky a/c had just begun that day when there was peeling drywall and paint on the ceiling and wall. we collected buckets of water from the leak. They attempted to fix the unit and actual made it worse, then the condo ended up being hot and leaky. There were many other small items that were not up kept. One being the guest shower door, so you had to walk by the toilet and it was extremely tight. The beach was pretty dirty and the pool was not the cleanest either. The owner and manager were responsive our first day of vacation. However, once they knew we were not satisfied, they refused to answer texts, phone calls and emails.

Beautiful property, fit our party of 11 with no problem. The owner was great we had an issue during our stay and she took care of it quickly, and kept us informed with what was happening. If I go back to Ft. Lauderdale again with our extended family I would definitely stay here!

I recommend anyone to stay here! They always responded so fast and everything was just as we thought!

First, my check in was supposed to be at 4:00pm and I was not able to check in until 7:05pm. The only explanation I received was that the cleaning was taking long and I just had to deal with it. On the day of checkout, they knocked on our door at 11:01am , one minute past our checkout time. Needless to say, they treat this stay like a factory. We had to wait three hours to get in after long travels but they kicked us out one minute after checkout time. This was very rude and off putting. Then, I was charged $1,000 for a broken TV that we did not break. I received no explanation as to how the property managers know that this was my group despite asking very nicely and being cooperative. On top of not responding to my questions, I was told that the TV costs even more so I'm lucky I was only charged $1000. I have never been sent a receipt of this expensive TV, no protocol for why it was charged to me, and overall, just very bad customer service. Then, in the middle of talking about the TV issue, the host tells me that we left the place dirty and the cleaning took long (I waited three hours to get into this place). We left the kitchen clean, all dished washed, and all trash was gone. There was sand on the floor which we tried to clean every day but inevitably will linger around. Yet, the host is so unpleasant that she throws this on my face. As to the "resort," dont expect to take your own food or drinks to the beach. They will check your bags before accessing the beach and will not allow you to enter the pool/beach area with your own drinks or food. The apartment is old, the beds suck, there is a street view only, and you will likely have to wait hours to get into the apartment because they over book it.

We had six adults and six children in our group and this condo worked out really great for our family! We all had comfy beds and lots of space to play cards and family meals! Communication was great throughout our booking process!! We highly recommend!!

Condo Notes- The shower in the guest bedroom is broken and not useable. So, all guests had to shower in the master bath. We are a bit disappointed this wasn’t reported and fixed prior to our check in as it’s a very visible issue as there seems to be a piece that controls the temperature hardly attached. So, the cleaning service had to have noticed it and never reported it. The faucet also shakes aggressively anytime it’s on and looks like it’s going to fall off, so likely needs full replacement. The kitchen is also lacking a few basic items. - No Oven mitts (had to use a bath towel to get things out of the oven) - no measuring cups and spoons - no wine bottle opener The electricity and air also go out anytime the Keurig is on or if anything is plugged into a kitchen outlet and we have had to flip the switch in the the breaker box multiple times to get it back on. I also feel like the posting was very misleading and based on the pictures make it look like the unit has an ocean view which is not the case. So, we were a bit disappointed when we got it since we thought we were getting a nice view. Resort specifics: We were a bit surprised at how run down everything is around the resort which I understand is outside of the owner’s control, but wanted to mention it because the pictures on the resort website are very misleading and I don’t see us coming back to the location because of this. Overall, outside of a pretty much updated pretty condo, it was a fairly disappointing trip all things considered and we wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect location for a Girls Getaway! In walking distance to many shops and restaurants, quick Uber to more venues, and RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Everything was easy breezy, lots of room to hang out and plenty of beds. Would highly recommend! Communication with property team was above any other VRBO I have used. Booked the condo for my 35th birthday weekend with 8 of my girl friends. It was super easy to check in, they let the girls that were early hold their luggage up front until we could check in. The place was super clean and really cute! Beds were comfy, had enough of everything we needed. The staff was great and gave us recommendations on places to go and we loved our dance parties at the tiki bar!! Highly recommend!

The pot smell from the other condos easily made it into our condo. Terrible sound proofing and insulation. The electric switches were messed up. Owner took a long time to respond, so we fixed it ourselves. Opening the electrical box would scare anyone. Can’t imagine the codes for the rest of building. Way expensive for the condition of the space. Worth half the price we paid. She gave us $50.00 off. Big deal.

Our condo was absolutely as advertised. It was clean, very well equipped, and nice. The building and property, however, were not. We dealt with neighbors above us and beside us who were yelling and fighting and smoking heavily indoors. They also seemed to want to slam furniture around all night long. It was terrible. We got almost no sleep. They could also do a better job of cleaning up their beach. It was littered with cigarette butts and miscellaneous garbage. This property caters to a rough clientele and was not at all what we wanted. We will not be back.

This resort is right on the beach with restaurant and bar to serve you. Direct beach access. Restaurant was very good with good service. The furnishings were good and bathrooms had lots of space. We enjoyed our stay!
