Perfect location - easy walk to Boca Catalina with some of the best snorkeling on the island. Excellent accommodations. Ruben was an exceptional host. A “perfect” vacation in every way! We can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at Catalina villas for 7 nights. It couldn't have been better! It is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It truly is stunning and stocked with everything you could ever need. The location is ideal - a short walk to Boca Catalina, Tres Trapi and Arashi beach. We snorkeled every morning. It's such a quiet part of the island, but only a five minute drive to palm beach with all of the dining and shopping. Ruben is a great host! We contacted him on the first night of our stay to let him know the propane in the gas grill had run out. He had a new tank there within 20 minutes. He also checked in with us a couple of times just to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful villa and perfectly located. Short walk to beach. Loved how in the evenings after being out all day the pool was perfectly shaded! This property had everything we needed. Even had beach chairs, floats, pool noodles, and a cooler. We would stay here again for sure!

The location was perfect was snorkeling at Boca Catalina and Tres Trapi. The condo was decorated so nicely and everything was clean and running well. I would definitely recommend a car to get to other locations on the island.

I will be brief and say that our stay was excellent. Some things stood out above others when I think about the trip. The biggest stand out is the communication by the house host/owner, Ruben. He was easy to contact and quick to respond with any needs. I thought the house itself was also well represented on the site. It was a spacious house with a great location. I would 100% stay here again.

We found the place to be perfect for the eight of us. The walking distance to beach and snorkeling was amazing. The pool pics were a little deceiving as pool is very small but we made it work. Would stay again in a heart beat.

This is a beautiful villa townhouse. Very homey with all the amenities you need. The closest beach is about a 1-2 min walk across the street and it is beautiful, gorgeous white sand and lots of fish and pelicans to watch. The property manager is very accommodating and responsive. I would recommend renting a car or van. We didn't, and taxis were not the cheapest mode of transportation. It’s a short walk to Arashi beach where there is a nice beach bar with decent food for lunch. Nearby restaurant OceanZ was a phenomenal meal for dinner. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Our family wanted an escape after Christmas to celebrate the new year. The 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect to give everyone space. We enjoyed the rooftop views of sunset and the pool deck was a fun space to enjoy sunshine, grill out, and hang out with our college kids.
This perfect location made walking to the beach easy and walkable.
Any questions or issues were handled by Ruben so quickly and accommodated us in a friendly manor. Alicia organized a few excursions and our favorite was the Safari to the national forest. So fun!
I highly recommend staying here!

We had such a good time here. The area was perfect, steps away from the best beach for snorkeling. The host was extremely accommodating, house felt very clean and well kept. I highly recommend staying at this bnb! 10/10 would do again.

The property was very beautiful! Great location to the beach (like a two minute walk to the water) and having our own pool was perfect. The house had all the things we needed! Ruben, the host, was very helpful and responsive to the various questions that I had! Overall, I highly recommend this property and we will DEFINITELY be returning! Thank you!

I can’t say enough about this property! The place was very clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect - close to Arashi beach (our favorite), far enough away from the busiest areas but close enough to get to restaurants, shopping and nightlife (we rented a car and the younger adults & teens took cabs or the public scooters). Ruben is the best host I’ve ever dealt with and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we had the best time during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the home!! Everything was perfect just like the pictures!! The home was ready and clean once we arrived. We were hit with a smell of freshness!! The pool area was very relaxing also! Ruben had great communication before I booked, after I booked, during arrival, and during the stay. He was always very responsive within just minuets. We will truly book his location again in the future!! It was very convenient and close to the beautiful water, shopping and eating areas!! Best decision was to book this property!!!

Located right next to Catalina Bay in Noord was very convenient. We enjoy this part of the island. Ruben was responsive when we needed anything. Place was clean and a good price.

This house was amazing. The picture did the house no justice. We where a little skeptical at first but when we walked in and walked around we where amazed. Any problems we had they where right there to assist and we appreciated that. We definitely stay here again.

One of the best villas I have stayed in
I would absolutely stay here again, my guests and I enjoyed our experience and the manager was easily reachable when needed. I was sad when it was time to leave, it felt like home

Great Property Manager
This 4 bedroom property worked great for our stay in Aruba. It was convenient to get to the hotel area. Nice area for taking a walk (my sister enjoyed feeding the stray cats) and there was a nice beach close by. We found it easy to get around to any area we wanted to go to on the island.
Manager quickly responded to any questions we had. He was most helpful and even let us use the cooler for a few hours after check out.

Wonderful unit! Ideal location away from the hustle & bustle of the resorts. Just steps from Boca Catalina beach, watched beautiful sunsets from the rooftop deck. The host, Ruben, was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay!
Great property and the location is absolutely perfect! Very walkable to three different beaches. Definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super clean, they do a wonderful job. Something to note is that they do not use an electronic locking system and will be actual keys, so something to bear in mind. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

Great location and place
Great location 2 minutes walking to the famous Boca Catalina beach and quite, away from most touristy and crowdy places to enjoy tranquility of the beautiful island of Aruba. However a short drive away to most supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. Ruben is very accommodating host, who responds to messages almost immediately, highly recommend.
The house features everything you need to enjoy your stay, with amazing rooftop that allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets Aruba is famous for.
We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come back again

Beautiful townhouse
You can see the beach and water at all times. The walk to the beach is only a block. Weather is great with a constant wind. Very clean and Reuben, the manager is very hospitable.

We had a great time
The Boca Catalina area is a great location, and the property was in excellent condition that matched the photos. The Internet worked very well and my kids appreciated the smart tvs in each bedroom that had Netflix, Amazon prime and YouTube. The host was very prompt about answering the handful of questions I had

Family getaway
The property was incredible, looked exactly like the photos, was clean and the location was perfect! At Ruben's suggestion, we rented a car, and that was ideal. We experienced all the island had to offer along with a beautiful proposal so we left with a wedding to plan! Everyone said it was the best vacation they ever had. Only problem was it was not long enough so we have decided that now all vacations will be at least 10 days. Thank you Aruba and Ruben for giving us a vacation we will all remember!

Ruben was very prompt with any questions or requests that we had. We all had a wonderful vacation!

Amazing
The home was very clean. There were can fake lit in the gone upon entry. Smelled very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the ease of access to all the Aruban beaches. Will be coming back here next year!! Ruben the property manager was the best. He made everything so easy and was very helpful.
