great area, quiet room for a good rest, impecable decoration. its an internal flat so you will not see the light of the sun, as it happens often in Madrid. I would book it again

El lugar es excelente, tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy bien situado. Lo único negativo es que es una primera planta interna y tiene muy poca luz.

Loved our stay! Perfect location.

We were most impressed with the area, cleanliness of apartment and the comfort of bed and sofa bed. The check in process was efficient and the lady that assisted us was kind and helpful. As older people, we would have enjoyed a foot stool since some areas of storage were a bit high to easily reach. Additionally the coffee maker wasn’t too efficient. It’s suggested that written information be made available with info regarding appliances, air conditioner and perhaps a map of the area highlighting where to purchase groceries and points of nearby interest and transportation. Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay and the safety and silence of the street was great, not to mention it’s beautiful location.

Estadía 10!Un lugar súper práctico, en todo el corazón de Salamanca, Market a 2 mins, y el espacio, en un estado impecable y muy pero muy bien acondicionado y decorado. Una estadía de 10 puntos sin duda.

Apartment is in a good area. The check in process was easy. We enjoyed our stay.

It was an absolute no-brainer to click five stars in every category for this place. Our friends who live there couldn't believe we got such a nice place so perfectly located for the price we paid. Check in was super easy and everything worked fine (okay, I can't vouch for the stove as we didn't cook). When we come to visit our friends in Madrid again we will try to get this place again.
