Clean and comfy room. Free parking right next to thre enterance. Good Wifi.

No shared kitchen even though it's written in the facillities on booking and shown in the photos. When confronted about this the host was very rude ("it's not my problem that it appears that way on booking.com"). Even more ridiculus is that the enterance and living room are messy with childrens toys, the bathroom is cluttered with the hosts personal items, and all the while the host claims this is a "nice B&B, so why would there be a shared kitchen (which makes a mess for the other guests)?". Location is terrible, at least 15 minutes drive from any decent resteraunt to grab dinner. Free breakfast is a joke - just some crappy cereal.

Maria was very welcoming and laid back and provided help and guidance where needed. I would happily stay again at maria's house in the future!

My host was very warm, friendly, welcoming, very trusting & happy to help with anything. It was a very nice, warm, relaxing atmosphere & felt like I was staying with family as I was introduced to a few family members which was nice. My room was clean, tidy & comfortable. I was trusted with the owners keys to get in late after a gig & also to lock up & let myself out after my stay. Breakfast was left out for me to help myself to a variety of cereals, juices, tea/coffee, toast & fruit. I'd be happy to stay again & would of loved to of stayed & looked around Newcastle for longer than I did as everyone was very friendly & helpful. Thank you.

The room was kept very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The Internet in the room worked great.

No TV in the room. The breakfast included in the booking was just cereal and coffee.

It was home quality, better than hotel.

I think the breakfast was good. The major thing though is the serene environment and a hostess who'd go a mile extra to secure your comfort.....quite worth it.
