Property was well kept and decorated nicely. Easy access, great communication and location was perfect for us about 10 minutes to Museum area and 10 minutes to Falls Church/Eden Center. Safe neighborhood and dedicated parking in front of house. A great stay!

Owner did a great job setting up for their guests and even added nice touches such as fruit, pastries, oatmeal, coffee and tea, and water. The bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels were soft. I loved sitting out on the private deck having a visit with family. I noticed noise coming from the avenue, however once the foliage blooms I can imagine it blocks most of the noise. Yard was nicely landscaped too. The sofa area was very comfortable for sitting and working. You do have to walk down a few steps to the entrance so it would not be ideal for someone with a cane. Location was spot on for where I needed to be. Nice neighborhood and walking areas. I felt safe during my visit there. I can imagine staying with them again. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

This property was so convenient and easy to get to. It was adorable. It had everything! Really nice time and definitely will stay again one day!

Our stay was overall a great stay and our host Bianka was great, responsive and made sure we had what we needed. I will say you can’t control the air in the space so it was pretty stuffy. You have to ask the host to control the heat/AC. Also, important to note that the host though really great they live in the house. I felt the entire time that I was staying in someone’s house so I was not able to get fully comfortable nor feel like we had privacy. The location is great and close to everything in DC.

This was perfect for my family and I. Convenient, quiet, and exactly what we needed and were looking for. Thank you for a great place - I am sure we will be back.

Loved it , beautiful atmosphere and space. One suggestion is to have a fan because it can get hot in the evenings . Also have something to protect the bathroom floor because the water can drench the floors. But overall it was great !

Staying in Bianca's VRBO was delightful! She is a lovely host who was friendly, helpful and accommodating. My husband and I were very pleased with this home away from home. We were visiting in Arlington to see our sweet grandchildren and family whom we hadn't seen for over a year due to the pandemic. Bianca's home was only 1.3 miles from our family's home. This rental was comfortable, clean , well appointed and it had everything we needed. There was plenty of space, a great kitchenette, a comfortable living room with two couches, fantastic air conditioning, a top of the line TV ( to enjoy the Olympics) and easy and safe parking right in front of the host' s home.It is within walking Ng distance of restaurants and grocery stores We will definitely stay with Bianca again when we visit our family in Arlington. I would say this was an exceptional stay ! Thank you, Bianca.

Cozy, clean spot. Outdoor space, bedding, linens shine! Description overstated the "breakfast" provided... Keurig coffee and instant oatmeal offered. We would DEFINITELY stay again!

Bianka's apartment was comfortable and definitely well-suited for an individual and a couple or a small family. We stayed with our ten-year old son who slept on an air mattress in the bedroom, which was perfect for him, but might not be so good for a non-family member. The kitchenette was great for breakfast and lunch and microwave meals. A real treat was the outdoor patio, which looks out onto a beautifully landscaped garden. Bianka was very responsive to any requests we made. We would stay again!
