We highly value cleanliness, space, light, and accommodative furnishings. This place has it all. It is our n ew home away from home for our four-six visits a year to see two sets of kids in Alexandria and Del Ray. Strongly recommended - ahem - as long as you do not take our dates!

Nice area that is a short drive or long walk to Old Town. A number of small shops close by as well. The unit was nicely setup as well with decent room. Parking was a fantastic option as well. A few cons...the coffee machine in the lobby was out of order as often as it was working. However, an in-room Keurig helped. Additionally, walls are a bit thin but acceptable enough.

Apartment was clean and had great accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee sugar and creamer. Enjoyed the Starbucks coffee maker in the common area

Loved the place! Safe, easy access to Alexandria, clean and comfortable in all sense of the word. Will definitely like to stay again.

Unfortunately we arrived to a broken master bathroom, the wire that controls the toilet pump was rusted and so it broke...which happens. But the issue was that it took 3 days to fix! 3 days and endless emails and promises, which is completely unacceptable. The property owner did reimburse me one day stay, and i didnt have the energy to argue. Its taken me over a week to finally write this review beacause of how upset I was. The fact that my kids had to run to the hallway common bathrooms in the apartment amenities was impossibly frustrating. A functioning bathroom is 100 basic necessity. So yes,great property, the complex amenities are exceptional....but inspect upon arrival and insist on any repairs to be done immediately or leave.

Convenient location and very good for pets. Property needs better maintenance—- door handle was falling off, kitchen faucet is loose, toilet paper holders are loose. Beds were all good but other furnishings were cheap and uncomfortable . Spacious but spartan

Had a great experience as the building was fantastic for our short stay. The “check in” process was a little confusing because you have find the key fob, use a code then use another code for the actual place but the physical building’s staff were helpful and whenever I called Kasa’s concierge they were very polite and patient. We loved the location and the place was perfect for two kids - Kasa had a pack n play (though they never confirmed with me 48 hours prior so I had to buy one only to show up to the apartment and there was one already there) not a big deal though. Will recommend to any friends and probably use again the next time we are in the area.

This apartment was very nice and clean, and DelRay Tower is a very nice property too, including the location. The Kasa team was very responsive and helpful, and their check-in and check-out instructions were well done.

Overall enjoyed a nice quiet Stay. Check in easy if you have technology and follow directions well. The place was clean. They could use new pots for some a nice place the pots were very worn out. Also the place smelled like pot most of our stay. Notifications sent via text ( your primary way to communicate with the owner) but nothing was ever done to fix. Convenient location with car. Views are amazing from the top of the building. Lots of amenities. I think this is a nice place to stay just need to not mind everything happening with the user of technology.

4 of us stayed for 2 days attending a Funeral at Arlington Cemetery. It was close to airport and the cemetery and to Old Town, which we enjoyed. There is a little grocery store next door and it’s a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. There are rental scooters across the street, which my son took to explore the monuments. Apartment was perfect for us especially with the twin beds in one room. Im older, so navigating the emails and requirements and directions to get in took me a minute. I would prefer being able to speak with people directly, but the management was very good at communication and very professional. Overall very nice experience.

We rented this place down the street from our house as it was being renovated. Really liked our stay... lots of amenities including business center, gym, and dog park. Bodega downstairs is amazing. Only issue was the lock had to be fixed twice and sheer shades that make it impossible to sleep past 6 am.
