Our family of 15 spent a week in this lovely home. We ranged in age from 4 to 70 and it was a hit for all of us. There were good spaces to gather yet we could retreat to our own rooms if we needed quiet time. The pool and heated spa was a highlight for our North Dakota family tired of a long winter at home. We cooked most of our meals in their well equipped kitchen plus the grill outside. Checking in and out was a breeze and our host was quick to respond to questions and accommodated our request for a later checkout time. We felt the neighborhood was safe and not too far from the places we chose to visit such as the zoo, butterfly experience, etc We highly recommend the lovely Orchid house brought to you by James and Michelle!!

Our family of 6 visited over spring break. The house was perfect for us! Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. The kids loved playing pool and that they each got their own room. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. James was fantastic communicating with us and checking in/out was a smooth process. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Close to shopping in Scottsdale as well as downtown and hiking trails. We cannot wait to go back!

Amazing weekend with friends. Met up with long time friends and our two families had an incredible time. Beautiful house, with plenty to occupy our 7 kids ( ages 3-9). Played putt putt, swam, movie theater. Kids were exhausted every night by sunset and the adults were able to relax with a glass of wine in the hot tub. Close to restaurants, grocery, Starbucks. Quiet street, but close enough to the interstate to get anywhere. Just 6 miles from stadium and had no real traffic getting to the game. Will def save this property and book in the future. Minor questions answered quickly by the owner, very responsive.

Our group of golfers stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the home. Our host was very nice and communication was friendly, fast and honest. I wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the patio! Would highly recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and this is my favorite! It’s absolutely beautiful. It easily accommodated 11 of us and was big enough for many more. The house is fully equipped with enough towels, dishes, glasses, etc. There are several wine fridges that helped with our celebration dinner. The beds were all very comfortable! It was nice having so many bathrooms too. The pool is spectacular and the game room was an added bonus. James is an amazing host and instantly responds to communication. I hope to return to this house in the future. I 💯 recommend this home! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with my family, James.

My family had the absolute best time at this home! We had 8 adults and 5 kids under the age of four and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough bedrooms/bathrooms for all of us.. It was so spacious and clean inside and out. The kids had a blast swimming in the gorgeous pool and the adults loved the outdoor fire table. The game room with the pool table was a hit as well. Communication with the host went beyond my expectations. James was always on top of anything we needed with help of his brother Joshua. We would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay In the area. The home has everything you need and more for a vacation. If we ever go back to Arizona my family would 100% consider booking this home again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was outstanding, I cannot put into words how beautiful the house was, how perfect the size was, how accommodating the host was, and how awesome our stay was there. The house was spotless, I have never been to a house that felt so clean. It has everything you could ever need in it. It was so spacious. I stayed there with family and friends the weekend of my sisters wedding. 15 girls were able to get ready for the wedding in the spacious home. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe (I myself live within a mile). I could not recommend this place more, 10 stars!!

James was an amazing host. Fast response, lovely details in the home and it was spacious and so peaceful. We loved everything. The house will not disappoint. It is well located, easy to get to and central to everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This house fit our needs perfectly! We had 4 couples and two singles. The bedrooms were spread out so everyone had privacy. James was very responsive and accommodating! They layout of the kitchen and living room is nice & open so we could visit while fixing meals. We liked it so much we are hoping to stay there again next year for our tournament.

I have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s. Last year we were at 3. This year I wanted to take my family to the Grand Canyon. My husband had to have a house with a pool. This was my main reason for choosing this home. Let me just say that it was the best experience we have ever had! The house is absolutely breath-taking. The backyard was a tropical oasis. Everyone there couldn’t stop addressing how beautiful the home is. The best part about it was they supplied so much, more than I ever expected at a rental. I didn’t have to worry about paper products, detergent, garbage bags and even coffee. It was the best vacation we have had! Thank you, James and family! You have a wonderful home, and we are very grateful that you chose to open it up for rental. Potential renters: You can expect a great host and amazing home!

5 Senior Couples from North Carolina wanted to vacation in the Southwest to enjoy the warm climate, sites, and golf. Our priority was to find a 5 bedroom with 5 bath house that had adequate dining and leisure seating for 10 people, a nice pool, large kitchen, and outdoor grill. This house had 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths, and magnificent kitchen and outdoor pool/spa not to mention large indoor and outdoor dining area. This was by far the best house we have ever rented on VRBO and I would recommend this house for any large group of any age. It easily accommodates 15+ with 3 triple bunk beds in the 6th bedroom that we did not use. The owner had ample supplies of paper goods, soaps, washing detergents and many other amenities to include a gift basket upon arrival. We received immediate responses to all queries and we could not have asked for a more gracious host! My family is returning in November and just wish this house had been available again as I fear the next house will not rate nearly as good as this one. Thanks to James and Michele for making our trip a wonderful trip to remember and maybe we will do it again next year!

We had a fabulous time at the Orchid home. We have four families - 16 total and had plenty of space. Boys age 10 loved the kids bunk room for gaming and sleeping. Our girls shared the queen bedroom and each couple had their own room. Kids also loved movie room for popcorn and movies. Kitchen was huge with ample space for multiple cooks. We loved using the fresh lemons and grapefruits on the tress on the property. We spent the majority of time outside at the huge table enjoying lunch and kids swimming in pool while adults enjoyed the hot tub. Also spent a lot of time by fire table at night. Highly recommend this property and hope to come back soon! Thanks James for your hospitality!

This property is perfect for medium to large gatherings. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. From the game room to the lovely pool and mini golf green it was perfect for our family. James is readily available if you need anything at all. Awesome place to entertain from! We will definitely be back!
