Premises clean and tidy with sufficient car parking space.

Our room was small and the en suite of micro size. The wardrobe was hangers on some coat hooks! The room for breakfast was equally small and inadequate for six guests. Our hosts had little to say and were not particularly sociable. The nearest restuarant for an evening meal was 20 minutes drive away.

We liked everything. The owners were very nice. The location is great. A quiet place. Breakfast is lovely. RECOMMENDED..

The location was great, right outside of the village. Village had a couple of food options, a gas station, and a couple of pubs, so we were able to acquire services and food easily even though we arrived later in the night. We ended up getting a fish/chips dinner from O'Reilly's and it was the best fish/chips we had during our entire stay. Really a top-notch meal from them, can't recommend them enough! The owner was very friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast which was awesome. We had the full Irish including delicious mushrooms and a wide continental selection as well.

We could not figure out how to turn the heat up in the room, so it was a smidge chilly, but the automatic hot water heater was wonderful and after a hot shower, we felt very comfortable in the room. The breakfast was great, but the eggs were not fresh, probably frozen and reheated and so detracted from the breakfast slightly.

It was a bit difficult to find as there was no sign outside. Filter coffee would have been preferable to instant coffee. No tea and coffee in the room.

Tess and John were very welcoming. Tea/coffee and biscuits offered on arrival. The location is in a pretty village just outside Kilkenny. Easy access to the town, but lovely and rural. We had a view of fields and cows from the property. Well-appointed room with a large, very comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom.

Very nice and clean. Host were very friendly and helpful.

Tess responded quickly and was very welcoming. Getting there was so easy and it was a nice, quiet private space.

Staying in Tesses home was like home from home, we literally moved into Tess's home for 5 nights, my room was perfect, the bed was luxurious, the sheets were soft spotless and smelt lovely. Im a bit OCD about beds and sheets, it was better then hotel standard. Thank you Tess. Tess is warm, genuine and very helpful. We had access to the breakfast room and sitting room all the time we were there. Its a real bonus to have that access. Very grateful as i was with family and we could watch netflix and tv at night. We also had tvs in our rooms.

Nothing. But Only because im a very light sleeper, i could hear the tv in the other room, i think it was on the wall behind the head of my bed. But when the tv went off i feel asleep, it was so so comfortable.

Excellent in every way!! The rooms were very clean, bed was amazingly comfortable, and the full Irish breakfast that was included in the cost was just delicious. Tess was a delight, and I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The room was nice and clean, the same for the bathroom, large and comfortable. We would have preferred to have it into the room.
