Very nice new home close to BCCC with bikes to get to beach. Home owner thought of everything: pool towels, bike locks, extra soap and a well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time. The back yard and the kitchen were highlights. We all love to cook! Plenty of space for multiple cooks. The backyard is a private resort!
We did have problems with the pool. The heater went out. Management was very responsive!
The location is excellent. The space in the house was conducive for privacy for 4 couples. Overall an excellent vacation!

The home is very clean and everything has been recently remodeled. The neighborhood is very quiet and only 10 minute walk to the beach or could drive and park. We spent most of our days walking on the beach and then lounging by/in the pool at the house. The home came with beach chairs that we used. We had one minor issue with the blinds and the property management company took care of it right away - they were very responsive. The bars/restaurants on Ft Lauderdale beach or a short drive away and we were very glad to be staying off the strip but it was nice to have quick access to the hot spots. Great home for families and the pool was very warm.

House is clean, in a convenient location, and very comfortable. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed/answered quickly. The sheets in this house were amazing! The pool was warm. It was so nice having beach chairs and a cooler there. Great place to stay!

Everything was perfect!
I had all the info I needed prior to checking in. Management was on point and very informative. The house was beautiful as pictured and well equipped with all the necessities, I.e. towels, kitchen supplies, everything you need. It was very clean and, spacious. The warmed pool is definitely a plus along with the bbq grill which wasn't an upcharge. My family and I really enjoyed it. I totally recommend this place.

Perfection
This property looks exactly like the pictures! There was plenty of room for 9 girls. The concierge checked in on us daily to make sure there were no issues and if we needed anything. The house is about 10-15 minutes from all the bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this property for a group / family trip. We would stay again!

Great except dirty poor
It was great everything except the poor was dirty. We found out the poor was not clean at the beginning but didn’t complain because it was real special happy time for my family. Didn’t want to make any issues. But after staying they blamed us and charging cleaning fee. But she was nice to talk about that and eventually the insurance covered it. So I didn’t need to pay. As she recommended, I learned that I should complain right away whatever I feel not good. In the future, I will be more careful. Overall it was beautiful house and we had great time.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
Our experience from the start was nothing short of absolutely amazing. The home was absolutely gorgeous. Devon and his team were attentive, quick, and accommodating. I highly recommend booking this property if you plan on staying in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Perfect Florida Beach Getaway
All the details are done right here. Even the knives are sharp. Beautifully arranged open floor plan with really nice and comfortable beds and furniture. Pool is excellent and well kept. Management company is very responsive and checks in frequently. Overall best VRBO stay I’ve had.

Beautiful modern home
We loved our stay at the Manatee Ranch. They had everything we needed and more. The managers were so kind and courteous and extremely helpful throughout our entire stay. We stayed for a girls weekend and it was the perfect house. Quick drive from the airport and very easy to get downtown. We felt very safe In the gated community.
The pool was nice and warm. We loved the entire outdoors.
All of us want to come back already!

Very nice house
Really nice house with tons of space, great living room/ kitchen and beautiful backyard. Only confusion is there was 1 less bed than advertised, 2 friends had to double up in a king bed and another friend had to sleep on the couch for a 10 person trip.

Beautiful home close to restaurants, bars and beach!
The house was beautifully kept and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed day and night swims. Our party of 10 people fit comfortably in the house and the kitchen/living room area was great for dinner/games. One note, the walk to the beach is a bit longer than 15 minutes in case there are any older people who are looking to stay. Otherwise, would definitely recommend staying here for a vacation!

Wonderful property! Close to the beach and minutes to downtown
We just returned from our vacation and can’t wait to go back! We travelled with four teenagers and found the house to be perfect in so many ways. The house is large, modern, has an amazing outdoor space, comfortable rooms, close to the beach and definitely large enough for a family of 6. The house comes with so many nice touches. No detail was overlooked!

Beautiful house, fully stocked
My friends and I stayed at this property for a bachelorette party. The house was beautiful and exactly as represented in the photos. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and the shelves were neatly labeled so we knew where everything went. The outdoor space was amazing and getting in and out was very easy. I highly recommend this property!

Awesome House
We had a big group of guys and everyone loved the house. It was convenient to the airport, restaurants and wasn't a bad walk to the beach, especially with the beach cart the owner provides. We hung out a lot in the back yard, which is as relaxing as the pictures make it out to be and the Sonos sound system added to the vibe. Thanks for helping us have a great weekend!

Great Home On Great Location
As a group of 6 we really loved the home. There was plenty of space to spread out, the decor was nice and the pool was an added treat. The house was in a perfect location to easily get to the beach, restaurants and energized nightlife. Although our stay was only for a couple of nights, our group really enjoyed ourselves and the home.

Great location and super clean!
Loved this home! It was so clean and beautiful. My group of friends were super comfortable. We cooked an awesome meal in the gourmet kitchen one night. Enjoyed lounging by the beautiful pool, but also loved the great location near the beach, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful House
The house was absolutely beautiful! Amenities were awesome and the pool was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Honestly nicer in person than in the pictures and you can tell the owners really want the experience to be great! There was a bit of construction going on at the neighbors, but I would assume that wont last much longer. The only complaint I can think of is that the neighborhood is pretty concerned about noise. The house as sensors which allows the manager to let you know if you are being too loud, which sounds nice, but ours went off when were blow drying our hair & watching TV....our group was pretty tame, but the group didn't love feeling like we had to whisper. Nothing came of it, and they were veryyyy nice, but just some feedback!

Beautiful home!
We had such a wonderful stay here! House is pristine and everything is brand new. It looks just like the listing! We were able to easily bike and walk to the public beach. The neighborhood is quiet but friendly and laid-back. Perfect for a relaxing getaway and vacations with family or friends. The hosts were so responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple. We'll definitely be coming back!

Nice stay
Overall nice property. The fact that we only had 7 clean towels and minimal pool towels was a bit disappointing considering the price of admission. The garbage was over flowing out side and the pool temp was not warm enough. The house it’s self is beautiful! The location is good and it’s pretty clean. The neighbors were playing their music so loud we almost had to call authorities one night. They also expect you to do a lot of cleaning prior to checking out considering we paid a 500 dollar cleaning fee. Other than that I would recommend. Just bring towels and make sure to tell them to heat pool properly.
