The patio is right on top of each other can’t even keep my window open without neighbors looking in from there patio whoever build this hotel didn’t really think that privacy part through at all

I loved the room. The staff amazing

There was construction from 7-7 going on. I had no privacy with the window open and that’s the point of being on the beach with a beach view and a balcony and the noise was so bad I counter have any doors open to the balcony

The property is very nice , clean , The decoration is pleasant between modern and elegant at the same time simple. Central location, and the Casa Blanca corner restaurant is spectacular.

Just the discrepancy of what I’m laying so many guest was confused at check out or Che led out early because what they booked wasn’t what the got. I book through booking all the time and I’ve never paid anything different or than what booking told me besides maybe incidental fee that I get back upon check out. they even processed my card early prior to when I got there my bank deemed it as a fraud alert, when i “book now pay later” My payment is always processed when so arrive. I booked this hotel because of the room that was pictured had I known that wasn’t what I would get I could have booked at a higher rated and cost efficient hotel that had the same layout and view. They took extra money from me and no one seemed to know why. So I’ve been waiting on that also.

Our AC was not working correctly and we asked the front desk to send someone to fix it because the night before we had slept poorly. The tech was nice however when he was done , nothing seemed to have changed and then all of a sudden the lights went out in the whole room. Lost dial tone and had to go downstairs to the front desk again. They gave us a new room but it was def an inconvenience. Also, that same day they kicked everyone out of the pool early due to an "event". The icing on the cake came when we were checking out and they charged us an extra $127 dollars for resort fees, parking fees and amenities that were said to be included in our overall price when we booked the room. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

I think it's 10/10 because it exceeded our expectations. I saw in the reviews that there's a construction but it didn't bother us even though our balcony was right in front of it. The beach is just there 2 mins walking, near to anything. Nice hotel, comfortable bed, great breakfast for sure! They charge 25$ destination fee per day but you can use it in drinks/breakfast credit. I asked the reception for water 3 times and they directly provided at no cost. I paid $5 for each in the previous hotel I stayed. Room is clean. Staff is nice. I'd stay again.

Location and staff were very good. Bit steep $45 for valet parking but very efficient and friendly guys. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Breakfast was busy but it was a Saturday - more of a continental breakfast with a few hot items.

Disliked · Shame about the building work next door - they are building apartments (the workers started early). Not sure how dust free our balcony furniture was but didn't open the doors to check. Because breakfast was busy and it has an open concept. Our breakfast table was a long meeting room table as there were not many dining tables in the breakfast area (there were more small round drinks/bar type tables as it looks like the breakfast area shares the same area for the bar in the evening)

this is the 2nd time I’ve booked this hotel through booking.com, both times they’ve put me in a handicap room. Also they wouldn’t accept the credit card I had on file with booking.com. I think I’m going to quit using booking.com, as I discovered that I could’ve used Amex travel to book the room and the same and would’ve received my loyalty points. 🤷🏻‍♂️
