The kitchen was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Nice little balcony.

There is far too much furniture in the house. You can hardly move around the lounge room, take half of the old furniture out and it would be lovely. Same with the bedroom, old chest drawers sat on top of each other and in the wardrobe too, so can’t store much in there. No TV. Location is good, right next to Putney Heath which is lovely, need to catch a bus to get anywhere but the bus station is conveniently right outside the house. The area does feel a little sketchy at night.

Really clean place with everything we needed on site! Lots of transport options nearby with a bus stop just around the corner. Responses from the team were always prompt and check in and out was very easy!

Space was a little scarce for a group of three but we made it work!

A nice quiet place. Has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. Fast wi-fi. The kitchen has everything you need.

It was quite cold in the flat and the radiators didn't warm up much.

Location of the apartment (It’s in a council estate) Cluttered with lots of furniture, needs updating, hardly any space to move around. Not suitable for more than one person, I knocked my toes and knees several times trying to dodge the furniture! Oven wasn’t working. No proper iron/iron board facilities. As a staycation the apartment needs a washer dryer as there is no space to put a drying rack. Needs to be clean (drawers in kitchen were dirty, pots and cooking ware were dirty) As it’s in a council estate block the lift stop working so bringing down 4 suitcases from the 3rd floor was a mission. The upstairs neighbor is having his apartment done so constant banging/drilling noises till late at night amd even on Sundays. Last night prior to departure the downstairs neighbor came knocking on door late at night to complain about a leak which was scary! This property should not be on Booking.com for the outrageous price it’s advertised for.
