From the moment we entered this property we were so relieved and happy that this house was exactly as advertised and even exceeded our expectations! This was our 6th time to Aruba but our first experience with VRBO and it did not disappoint in the least! Such a nice spacious main living area with large sliding doors enable you to connect the inside with the outside. It was perfect for preparing meals and watching the grandkids at the same time. The bedrooms/bathrooms were situated on opposite ends of the main area so that was well thought out as well. We really enjoyed the outside living area with the large table to have our meals and the bbq. The landscaping was beautiful and the pool was the highlight, especially with the Grandkids. We had rented a vehicle for the two weeks we were there and it definitely came in useful for grocery shopping and touring the island and visiting all the many beaches that the island has! (The beach chairs and cooler were very much appreciated for these excursions)I if you did not want to rent a vehicle it cost about $10 U.S. to get to the busy Palm Beach area where many of the restaurants and shops are located, besides Oranjestad. Grocery delivery is also an option. The air conditioning system worked very well too and you could adjust the temperature in each of the 3 rooms individually to your preference. I also appreciated the great detail to attention & design. Beautiful, precious lifetime memories were created in your amazing home.❤

The property was absolutely gorgeous! It had everything we needed! The location was perfect to beaches and attractions! It was a wonderful place to relax after coming home from the beach. The Marin team was wonderful to work with.

The property was in a great location, beautiful and everything we needed was provided. It was great having a private pool to relax in in the evenings after our adventures each day. We appreciated having a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels for everyone. Another bath towel and wash cloth per person would’ve been nice. Our only real concern was having to be worried about our electricity usage on vacation, as we have never experienced this before. So when we left for the day, we would turn off everything including the AC to conserve and then ended up sweating while getting ready to head out to dinner each night. Then one night the power went out completely for a couple of hours and the house got really hot making it impossible to sleep for a while. But overall I would recommend staying at this beautiful house.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The grounds are beautiful, the patios and pools are perfect, the inner living area is spacious and so well decorated and appointed with everything you could possibly want or need. The pictures don’t do this home justice! We will definitely book this property again and can’t recommend it and the Aruba management team that welcomed us enough.

July 3-8, 2023. This was one of our favorite vacations - ever - and the house was a huge part of this. First impressions were fantastic; this is simply a beautiful property. We were impressed by the attention to detail, the beautiful pool and patio area, the spacious open floor plan of the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Excellent appliances, coffee maker, electric teapot, toaster, microwave. Great assortment of glassware, dishes, utensils, even Tupperware. Large gas grill on the patio, all the grilling tools you need - even skewers for grilling shrimp! Very nice large wooden table and chairs and four sturdy lounge chairs by the pool. Bedrooms are large and nicely furnished, spacious modern bathrooms and showers. The room next to the kitchen has a washer/dryer combination, cleaning supplies and beach chairs. Every room is beautifully decorated, from our first look we simply loved the house! The neighborhood is very quiet, friendly people, lots of birds. The house faces west, towards Palm Beach and the hotels, and you have all day sunshine by the pool. Location is excellent, short drive to several beaches, and many excellent restaurants. Check in/out was warm and friendly, quick and efficient. We loved our Aruba vacation, and would positively stay in this property again.

Daniel met us at the villa exactly on time. We had requested an early check-in due to a flight conflict. The villa is outstanding. Exceptionally clean and without blemish. It’s interior is spacious and stocked with every amenity one would want. Outside is a private pool and lounges. Beds were very comfortable with quality sheets. The property is quiet without incident. Overall, I would rate this property as exceptional. Next year we will definitely book a Marin property. Many thanks to Daniel— a true joy and tremendous ambassador of the Marin group.

My husband, another couple and myself all visited this property and it was amazing. Before arriving they were very responsive to my questions and the concierge service was the best. They prepared a birthday ballon bouquet for my husband’s birthday and made sure it was delivered prior to our arrival. It was just what I asked for. Then Daniel, met us for check in and ran everything down for us. The space it’s was perfect for 4 people. The pool and deck area was the most relaxing space, and my personal favorite. Also, it was close to everything. It took us less than 20 mins to get anywhere we wanted to go on the island. We couldn’t have chosen a better location to spend our weekend getaway.

Wonderful stay! Great communication from hosts, well stocked home, beautiful indoors and out! Location was minutes away from amazing beaches and restaurants options. And the home had everything we needed for the downtime in between exploring the island and all it has to offer. This was our first trip to Aruba and we could not have hoped for more.

This house was just perfect for us. Clean, easing driving to beaches, and everything you need. The location is great! We loved the openness of the house and the openness and views of the property. It was so relaxing to wake up and be able to sit by the pool and drink coffee or relax in the morning. Management was exceptional. Aruba is a great place, people friendly, and the food amazing. We visited many of the beaches and rented a jeep to do the east side of the island. Would easily choose to stay here again. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our time at Casa Mia....and will undoubtedly return!! The house was beautiful, inside and out. The views from the outside pool and deck were just fabulous. We spent a great deal of time outside. Having said that, the house and furnishings were beautiful and clean too. The kitchen was well appointed too! Thank you for all you do, and for sharing the house with us!

We enjoyed the privacy of having a place to call home. Private pool. Pretty decent views. Only a short walk from the hotel/store area! All in all a great house. We will be back!!

This house was perfect! The open kitchen/family room with 2 large rooms attached was an ideal set up. It was great coming home from the beach and relaxing in the pool. Palm Beach was literally a 4 minute drive from the house or a 12 minute walk. Daniel, who checked us in and out was also great! I highly suggest renting! Thank you.

The house is beautiful! From the moment we walked in we fell in love with the property. It’s in a perfect location in Aruba and very clean. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay as well as the things you need to enjoy beach outing. Our favorite part was having our homemade breakfast on the patio, over looking the pool and the beautiful view. It was perfect for a family of four. We loved Aruba!

Everything about this property was wonderful! The communication prior to our departure was clear and informative. Daniel, the property manager, continued to communicate well with us through WhatsApp (download before leaving your home country!) while we were in Aruba. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was the perfect size for us (2 people); we used a floating chair we brought ourselves which was nice to have. The pool water was always a good temperature! The kitchen was well accommodated with dishware and cookware. Only coffee and sugar are provided in the kitchen as far as food and drink. For groceries, we recommend the Super Do It & Groceries store down the street (NG’s is closer but 2x the price). Noord Pastry is a 15 minute walk with delicious coffee and baked goods. If we return to Aruba with a group of 6 or fewer, then we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Casa Mia! The property and neighborhood was clean, super safe and close to all the hot spots. The property managers and property owner were responsive to all our needs. I definitely recommend this house for a family of four.

This was our third time staying at one of Jose & Ritx properties and this one did not disappoint. They are great hosts and everything you need is taken care of. The home has a great location in Noord. The best views from the patio of all the places we have rented there. Close to restaurants and beaches. You will need a car but driving on Aruba is a breeze. The patio, pool area and grill got plenty of use after long days at Arashi beach for swimming and snokeling. I hope you enjoy your stay at Salina Cerca as much as we did.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described and the check in process was seamless and easy. We had all we needed and the home had some very nice touches like beach towels, snorkel gear, beach loungers and a great outdoor patio for dining and lounging! We highly recommend this property and it’s location. You’re right next to lots of dining options, beautiful beaches, and close to activities such as diving and snorkeling.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime vacation as we celebrated my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. The photos don't do the house justice. It's even more beautiful in reality and very spacious. Daniel, the property contact, was kind, patient, very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The house is accessible for people with mobility issues, as everything is on one level. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to all the major hotels and restaurants. We hope that we will return to Aruba and Casa Salina Cerca, soon!

This home is located in the more relaxing Northern part of Aruba. Easy to get around and amazing views. In a small and safe neighborhood and very clean. Our family of six had plenty of space and the pool was a great spot to cool off!

This is a wonderful house! Great location, and a peaceful feel indoor and outdoor. It had all the comforts needed to feel at home. Highly recommend renting a car to see the island and easily park at the house. Fantastic communication- answered all our questions before arriving and we knew we could reach out for any reason. Thanks for this perfect getaway!

The place is clean and has everything that you need. We (family with 2 kids, 7 and 9yr) explored the island for 5 days and loved out home base. We loved our stay. The owner even let us eat the coconuts from the tree in the backyard.
