Our group arrived at Las Olas for a 7-night stay and were amazed with the beautiful home! Maura was the perfect host - she answered any questions we had after booking and even checked on us during our stay. The house is close to the beaches, local stores, and restaurants. We were referred to a concierge service that delivered our groceries and helped us plan excursions. Our group is already planning our next vacation to Aruba and hope we are able to stay at Las Olas again!!

This was the first time we stayed in a rental home in Aruba, and we were nervous going into it. That all went away when we got to the house! Everything was perfect and easy, they had all the stuff we thought we’d forget. Maura was so pleasurable to speak with and Maria the house manager was just the sweetest. We will for sure be back! Our stay at Las Olas was outstanding! We were a party of ten and there was plenty of space for all. The house was better than the pictures. After a day of fun in the sun it was great to come back and relax in the pool. The house was in a great location and close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Our group of 12 had the best time at this beautiful, well stocked house! We walked to Palm Beach in 7 minutes and were within minutes drive to anything else the island had to offer. Maura and Maria were perfect hosts and so easy to get ahold of. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Aruba!

I took my family for a long-awaited trip to Aruba. How fortunate I was to find this spectacular property. There was two of most things: two blenders, two coffee makers, etc. the kitchen is fully stocked, as is the rest of the home. There were many things I brought that were not needed as Maura saw to it that it was in the home. It was a fantastic trip in a fantastic home hosted by fantastic people! Don’t miss out by passing by this property.

Everything about this property was truly perfect. Easy, safe walk to entertainment and restaurants, and of course the beach. Everything was provided, beach towels, coolers, chairs, you name it. The home itself was perfect for our family vacation. Each of our adult children had their own space and bathroom, huge plus. The backyard pool area is gorgeous and we spent the majority of our time just relaxing by the pool (we are a family who easily burns and there was the perfect amount of sunshine or shade). We would absolutely stay here again. We have been to the island a number of times and knew just where we were going, but pay attention to the directions Maura sends when you arrive...the only navigation that worked (even for our island transportation service upon arrival) was google maps. This home truly has it all. Highly recommend Las Olas!

From the time we booked this property the owners were in amazing contact and the house was everything we dreamed plus more. House is cozy and clean. The owners helped us every minute from the time we got off the plane. Folks if you go to Aruba this is the spot Thank you again for letting us have these memories for our family we will be back.

Nine of us (50-60 year old couples) stayed at Las Olas in March 2024. The house is very nice. Has everything you need. It is close (5-10 min walk) to Palm beach where there is great nightlife/restaurants/bars/casinos/beach/etc. We all had a great time and would stay highly recommend this place. The owner was very helpful and makes sure your stay is as enjoying as possible,

From start to finish, booking and staying at Las Olas was phenomenal. Each question was answered by the owners quickly and clearly. Upon arrival we met with Maria the property manager and she walked us through the home and showed us how to manage lights, air conditioning, etc. She left her personal phone number if we had any questions. The house is appointed beautifully, and is an oasis amongst a dry and under construction a little bit neighborhood. Honestly, the location was decent, but the house was tricky to find. There are some homes directly around this home that are in pretty bad despair, and I was questioning my decision to book until I stepped through the door. The house is exquisite! Nothing is missing, bravo! We enjoyed a week of relaxation peace Las Olas offered! The kitchen is superb and has absolutely everything you need to make a big family dinner, which we did a couple of nights eating out by the pool. Fantastic. I can’t say enough about how much fun and how much comfort we felt in this home even when some of the group stayed awake once you closed your bedroom door, you couldn’t hear anything. The owners also hooked us up with a company called Aruba Hostess, Mariska connected us to all kinds of activities and filled the kitchen with groceries the bar with beverages. She arranged for the birthday cake and a photographer and so much more so our celebration was fully complete. I hope we get the chance to stay at Las Olas again! Bravo!

Our family of eight adults and one baby had an incredible vacation at Las Olas. Maria the property manager was there at check in to show us around the beautiful property. .The comfortable furnishings bedding and beautiful decor made us feel so comfortable. We all enjoyed our private en suite rooms. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could think of to prepare meals or whip up a batch of drinks. The home is so spacious with plenty of places to gather or find a space to relax. The outdoor area is spectacular. We enjoyed the pool,swim up bar, seating,pool floats,toys ect. We grilled out a few nights while watching football on the 2 outdoor TV's. Plenty of towels beach bags chairs and coolers provided for the beach too.Maura thought of everything including an information booklet with tips on everything to ensure her guests enjoyed their time in Aruba. We all had a wonderful week and are looking forward to staying at Las Olas again

This was our second time to Aruba and we honestly can’t say enough great things about Maura and Kendall’s beautiful vacation home. The home well suited for a couple families to stay, lots of gathering space and spacious bedrooms with own bathrooms was perfect for a little extra privacy. The home was well stocked with everything you need and more! Our family of 6 adults and 2 children can’t find anything negative about our experience staying at this home. I’ve already suggested this home to many of our friends at home. Maura was easy to communicate with and very timely with her responses. Thank you again and we hope to be back soon!

I ususally do not write reviews, but for this property, it's a must. Everything was perfect, the house, host, property manager, food, weather and of course the beaches. Our host started emailing me a few weeks before our arrival with helpful information. She arranged for our pick-up from the airport, groceries delivered to the house, boat excursions, reservations, you name it and she did it all for us. The owners of this beautiful home thought of everything to make our stay as if we were "home." The home is stocked with everything you would ever need for cooking, swimming, beach time, etc. It had it all and it was clean and decorated beautifully. Lots of wonderful touches to make our stay special.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a meticulously maintained property that felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the interior design and furnishings showcased commitment to luxury and comfort. Every room was impeccably clean and thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine, holiday decor, and every convenience we could need. Short walk to the Holiday Inn Beach. Taxis were easy to obtain and grocery store location was very convenient. The house exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying again!

There is nothing that you would ever want that is not in this house. It is immaculate. We have been here twice and going back next year.

There is no stone left unturned in Las Olas. The home has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation to include towels, chairs, beach bags. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. This property is above excellent and so close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our group of 10 has never rented a home as top notch as Las Olas. Take advantage of all of the local stuff to do. Everyone is over accommodating from the beach rental staff to the waitress who remembered our names on our last day there. We also found an excellent taxi driver who we used all week. Don't miss out on the catamaran cruise, UTVs, parasailing, tubing. Baby Beach is a must as well as a visit to Kay's Fine Jewelry. Maura is over-accommodating with every detail in the house. We had an AC issue in one bedroom and the issue was fixed that day. I would definitely rate 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much Maura for making our memories last a lifetime.

When we had initially saw this property over a year ago, it was booked. I knew that when we booked another trip, this would be the place. After finally getting to spend a week there, I knew it had been worth the wait. Las Olas exceeded all expectations and was the best property we have stayed at since coming to Aruba 5yrs ago. We had a group of 6 adults and loved the privacy of each spacious bedroom/ensuite, as well as the open floor plan for cooking, dining or catching a movie. Every amenity was at our fingertips - from dishes, pans, bowls or blenders! The home is immaculate, bright and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space made it even harder to leave the house - the tiki bar, pool and lounging area made it feel like a first class resort but with an intimacy that kept my friends and I hanging outside until the late hours. Once we did venture out, it was conveniently located for shopping or the beach (tote bags, chairs, sunscreen and towels were a bonus). We couldnt have asked for more from this home and working with Maura and Maria was a pleasure. I cannot wait for the next opportunity to stay in this home again!

We had the most amazing time in Aruba. This house was beyond beautiful, Maura has thought of everything. Maria was so sweet and helpful. Maura provided us with so many helpful places to go and the concierge was a great addition. We couldn’t get over how comfortable the beds were! There is nothing that could have been done to make our stay any better than it was, we look forward to staying at this house in the future. This house was everything we asked for and more! Maria met us at the house during check in and made sure we were able to access all parts of the house and amenities before allowing us to enjoy our vacation. It is a short distance to the main strip, as we were able to walk to the beach everyday. They provided all the equipment necessary for a fun and carefree beach day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to friends.

This is an amazing house with great amenities. It fit our group of 8 with room to spare. I can’t say enough about en-suite bathrooms. The house was clean and well supplied for pool fun, beach fun and dinners at home. It was also a short (7-8 minutes) walk to the beach and the palm beach area with its many bars, shops and restaurants! The house helped make this an unforgettable trip.

This was the best vacation home our family has ever stayed in. It was clean, well-stocked, and was much more spacious than we thought. It was even more beautiful in person than what the pictures conveyed. Our family, (+ friend), of 9 adults were very comfortable with ample space to enjoy ourselves together and separately, when we desired. The host, Maura, was very attentive to our needs and addressed all our questions to help our stay be the pleasant and enjoyable experience that it was. I would easily stay in this home again as this home sets the bar for all future vacation rentals for our family.

We stayed a week at Los Olas in Noord, Aruba. The house was great and Maura, our host assisted throughout the booking process and duration of our stay. She made recommendations for a private chef. We booked with “Chef Mosses” the owner of “Catch Restaurant” and he provided an amazing dinner. The house was very clean and well stocked. You can tell that there was a lot of thought put into planning out everything. Thank you Maura for a wonderful week in your house we plan on coming back in the future.

This house was absolutely perfect for my entire family. They had everything we could have needed for our growing, busy family. From high chairs and bibs to books, board games and cards. There were plenty of coolers, pool toys and floats for everyone as well. The house was immaculate and so clean. Easy walk to the beach with restaurants within walking distance. I would HIGHLY recommend this house for any group. We have 12 people and there was plenty of space. Each room also has its own bathroom which was a big win for each of our families!! If you’re going to Aruba, this is a no brainer.

Where do I start!? This home was beautiful and perfect for my family of 10! We celebrated my dad’s 65th birthday and my brother’s proposal! Maura’s home is walking distance to the beach and Aruba’s main strip! Took us like 5 minutes to get to the beach! The home was very clean, spacious, decorated beautifully and supplied with everything essential (towels, beach towels, beach blankets, toys, beach chairs, cooler, sunscreen, snorkeling equipment, beach toys, pool toys, board games, essentials in kitchen, laundry detergent etc.) Maura the home owner was very nice and communicated with me throughout my stay with anything I needed! She recommended Mariska, arubahostess . Com who offered private chef, balloons, cake and picnic services at a reasonable price! They were all very helpful with planning our stay!! Looking forward to return to Aruba and stay at Maura’s home again!

House was amazing. Better than it looks in the pictures. Extremely clean and has everything you need from pool/beach tools, kids books, kitchenware, etc. About a 7 min walk to the beach or easy drive and park at one of the hotels for beach access and restaurants. My kids loved coming back and going swimming. Maura the owner and Maria the property manager were super helpful and very responsive. 100% would recommend.

Our family consisting of three generations had an absolutely wonderful stay at Los Olas. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly imagine. The five bedrooms each with ensuite provided each family their own space. The first floor has the master suite located down a small corridor which also has another king bedroom and the washer/dryer. It was perfect for my daughter/husband and children. We called it "The ----Wing". There is also another beautiful king room on the first floor behind the dining table area. Upstairs, two more lovely bedrooms. One has two queen beds and the other one is a King. The kitchen was the best I have experienced, and I have rented many homes. From cabinet to cabinet, you would find any kind of platter, pan, glass or whatever you needed. My son-in-law loves to cook, and he was very impressed. The tall pantry had all kinds of plastic wear for outdoors. Great little condiment cabinet so we didn't have to buy those things. The main living space was perfect, but most of our time was spent outside. The pool area was great. Water warm enough for a two-year-old to never want to get out and the swim up bar perfect for adult fun when kids are sleeping. The location was better than I expected. Walk out the front door, go left, pass a couple of houses and take a short dirt path to the main road. Cross over to a vibrant touristy area with shopping and dining. You can walk directly through the Holiday Inn and be on Palm Beach. We did it with strollers so not a problem for most people. The only downside is the main road is busy so you do have to be careful especially at night. There is also an outdoor shed that has all sorts of sand toys for kids and backpack beach chairs. Plenty of pool stuff for everyone. I could go on and on but I'll tell you, you will not be disappointed with Los Olas. It's perfect for families or five couples. Maura the host is wonderful and always available. The property manager met us at the house, 4 hours later than expected due to flight delay but was so pleasant and walked us through the entire house explaining AC etc. Don't hesitate, book now or it will be gone. ENJOY!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. House is in top condition and had everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone. However, we often found ourselves gathered at the large outside table and lounge chairs by the pool. Great location within walking distance to everything. The street address was difficult for even taxi drivers to find. Not sure why, but Google easily locates the property at "Las Olas Aruba". This property will not disappoint!

This was our second time to Aruba and from the moment I saw this house I knew it would be perfect. Everything was amazing! The location can’t be beat. Palm beach is so close and the grocery store is such a short drive from the house. The outdoor space is amazing especially with having young children. The kitchen is so well stocked! I can’t think of anything that it was missing. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms have ample storage to unpack and organize your stuff so you can relax and feel at home. There is a crazy amount of stuff for the beach that guests can use in the outdoor shed (fold up chairs, coolers, snorkel stuff, toys etc. The house was really clean. My kids thought the tv’s outside were so “cool”. The pool was awesome and we loved the sound of the waterfall. My kids loves eating lunch at the swim up bar. The yard felt very private and there was shade if you wanted it. We also loved playing cornhole everyday so that was an awesome thing to have. There are also tons of board games so you don’t have to pack your own. The owners definitely thought of everything. If we don’t buy our own house in Aruba, I would definitely return to this house in a heartbeat. The owner and property manager were so wonderful to deal with. Thank you so much. Amanda

Where do I begin?!? Maura was beyond accommodating and helpful when booking this vacation for my family of 12. We are so grateful for everything she did for us! My husband and I traveled with our twins who are almost 2 years old. Maura provided two pack and plays, a high chair, and baby gates. There was plenty of room for our whole family and we were all impressed with how clean the house was! Plenty of pool toys and Maura also provided beach chairs, bags, and sun tan lotion. The proximity to downtown and the beach is only a 5-8 min walk. We had groceries delivered from super foods and Maura provided taxi numbers which were helpful for when we went to dinner near eagle beach. Can not say how amazing this trip was and how grateful we are to have found this forever vacation home! The pictures do not do it justice! We made so many wonderful memories and we’re all planning on coming back again next year! Already looking forward to it! Las Olas was perfect for our stay in Aruba. The owners have thought of everything you might need — in the kitchen, at the beach and by the pool. The home is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. A few baby essentials were provided for our 7 month old, which was much appreciated. Maura was friendly and easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location was a quick 5-10 minute walk to Palm Beach, where there are restaurants, shops and bars. We really enjoyed Arashi Beach, about 10 minutes away by car. There are also several grocery stores nearby. I recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island. We always felt safe and everyone we met was extremely friendly. We would definitely return to Las Olas. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
