Condo was very cute. Could use some deep cleaning; fan has tons of dirt on blades, vent above shower head is filthy. TV was a disappointment- tried watching movies in evening and connection would just spin the circle.

This was a nice place to stay before our cruise. Three days max was about all we could take with all the noise from the tiki bar right below the unit. We suspected it’s not like that all the time but we were there during spring break. Bathroom can use some updating. Even a new toilet seat would help. We settled on this place because of the price, location, which is right on the beach, and the availability of parking at a reasonable rate. The studio is well stocked and plenty of towels. It is weird having a one sink for the bathroom and the kitchen area. The host was very prompt with communication. It worked out well for what we needed.

No sink in bathroom. Only Murphy bed and hidden bed in piece of furniture(which was too much bother to figure out. Too much in too small area. However, the view was spectacular.

VRBO, Is only as good as the host. This is a great property with a Great Host. We had one issue and the Host got back to our message in minutes. The property speaks for itself. The pictures don't do it justice. Moring coffee on the balcony was so wonderful. I spent most mornings just setting on the balcony. The murphy bed was so comfortable. Plenty of room for two people to sleep. The Tiki Bar was an added attraction. Great Bar food and great service. We valet parked the car and never waited more than 3 minutes when we wanted to leave to go somewhere. Within walking distance there was a Publix, Dunkin, McD, and a lot of small little quaint places to eat. You just need Mother Nature to give you great weather. We had some number 10 days. This unit is perfect for a couple looking to get away and stay on the beach. The view is top notch, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The tiki bar on the beach was the cherry on top. We ate and drank there at least once every day. We rented a car and paid $60 to park across the street for 4 nights, but to be honest we didn’t even need the car at all. Once you’re there you either don’t need to leave the property to enjoy yourself, or you can walk to grocery/stores/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I'll start with the positives.. We could get in early the water pressure in the shower was great and the towels were good quality. The negatives for us were that I think the photos weren't recent and the condo was pretty tired. It didn't feel clean for multiple reasons and everything was plastic including the silverware so not sure how everything could get "truly" clean since there is no dishwasher. The bathroom is very small and the sink for the bathroom and the "kitchen" is the same which unfortunately didn't drain.. and when you were brushing your teeth or washing your coffee cup the AC vent dripped on you and created a puddle on the floor. The Tiki bar is great but is right below the the unit so with the slider open to listen to the waves (reason I rented) you hear the bar noise (open 1/3am wkends) and the wifi had been changed and not to our knowledge and when we contacted owner they told us to get in touch with manager. Great view you make the decision.

Bruce and Maria were so accommodating right from the start, beginning with flexibility about rescheduling our stay. My husband and I stayed there.The place was beautiful with direct ocean front views as described in the listing. It is a studio, but they make excellent use of the space and it has everything you need! The tiki bar downstairs was great to grab a quick breakfast or lunch with oceanfront views. We had some questions during our stay and Bruce and Maria were incredibly responsive and took care of everything! We will definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves back in Ft. Lauderdale!

The room was perfect for me and my wife. Absolutely amazing view. Super clean and loved the little extras like sunscreen, lotions, coffee, beach chairs etc. The hotel tiki hut/bar restaurant was great! Grilled gouper bites were amazing!! The host went above and beyond to see that our accomdations were what we needed. Would definitely stay here again! The view was amazing!!!

We reserved the beachside condo with pool and tiki bar and were happy to discover so much more. The view is actually the best, and perfect for watching beach fun & fireworks. The location is within walking distance of eateries, retail shops, and the local Circuit that is a free ride service connecting to other neighborhoods along the shore. We appreciated the service offered for beach towels, lounge chairs & umbrellas, but the condo has plenty of beach chairs and toys available. The hosts were very responsive from start to end and friendly. All in all, it was a fantastic stay!

This condo is Top-Notch😉You will not find a better view of ocean while sitting on the cozy balcony....and the condo is THE cleanest condo that I have ever stayed in! The communication with the owners is phenomenal👍Thanks Again!

Listing is accurate and the hosts are so quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was great, the view from the balcony is amazing!! The tiki hut gets loud and doesn't close until 2 a.m., so an ambient noise machine might be a good amenity to provide. The beds are comfortable (most comfortable Murphy beds we've ever used). There were great items at the condo for our use, such as an umbrella, chairs, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

The location was amazing, the balcony facing the ocean was great to wake up to. It was easy to access and perfect walking distance to many locations.

Very nice view. Grocery store was nice and close. Tiki Bar was very convenient for getting something to eat or drink. Can get loud later at night because of the Tiki Bar being open tell late at night.

Great location and view! Within walking distance to grocery’s and bakeries.Very functional layout. The owners went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed.. The owners are very responsive to questions. You do need to pay for parking. The kitchen while well equipped only had paper plates and plastic silverware. Both beds are very comfortable.

Loved this little slice of heaven! Perfect for my husband and I. In walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you could want. Exactly as in listing. Loved sitting out on the patio listening to the ocean. View is phenomenal! Hosts were very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Had a nice stay in the studio room. It is very convenient to shopping and supermarket. We used Uber to get around and we never had to wait more than five minutes for someone to get us. Pro’s: Felt very safe in our room and walking around town. Quick responses to my questions. Comfortable Murphy bed. Very nicely put together for the space size. Very nice sunrise/ocean view. Nice beach chairs to use. Shower was excellent. Con’s: Bathroom was small. Sliding door to deck was EXTREMELY hard to open. In fact my wife could not open it. Very close to the Tiki bar which stays open well after 1am.

The property was as described, well stocked and had a great view. It's nice to have a place to eat and have some drinks so convenient, however the Tiki bar is located directly below the unit and is open until 2:00AM. The music and bar activity make it difficult to get to sleep before closing time.

This unit was clean and comfortable. There are more kitchen gadgets available than meet the eye in the photos. The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was flawless. The view was spectacular. I strongly recommend this property, and will visit again.
