Staff, room, breakfast, room service was super good, everything seems to be neat, i really enjoy my stay there

Did not have breakfast. Bellhop helped me with luggage

Ужасное! Мы оставили там ноутбук и нам его не вернули, он там пропал! Видимо персонал по уборке его украл после нашего отъезда. Никто нам ничем не смог помочь, никто ничего не знал! Отель хороший, чистый, относительно новый, но персонал начиная со стойки регистрации просто отвратный!

На стойке регистрации девушка не хотела нас оформлять, сказала, что мы сами должны бронировать номер через сайт, после того как мы оформили бронирование, у них произошёл сбой системы и нас не могли найти в базе данных. Завтрак скудный , посуда одноразовая! Просто ужасно было есть из неё. Тарелки бумажные и вилки пластмассовые

The room and lobby were very clean.

Didn’t get the room we booked and when we brought it up were told we could have two beds instead or just check out and there was no compensation or even apology for the inconvenience. No atm for coin operated laundry machine and they did not allow coins to be bought at the front desk with a card. Toilet clogged at one point. Shower door wouldn’t close. Half the receptionists we encountered acted like we were an inconvenience. Asked for towels and got one hand towel not even folded. Got locked out on the patio at one point in the middle of the day.

Break fest was good

The TV was on the side of the bed I had a stiff neck after watching for a few hours terrible design

We ended up here, unexpectedly, for three days when my son had a medical issue while we were traveling. The staff was super nice and helpful. The facility was brand new and spotless. The fitness room was top notch and open 24/7. The breakfast was a full, hot breakfast that changed daily. We always felt safe when going back and forth to our car. Parking was convenient. There were also plenty of nice places, inside and out, for me to work remotely. The only strange moment was when we had to book our room online each night rather than through the front desk person, but it wasn't a big deal and just took a few minutes. All in all, fantastic stay in a great hotel with a nice, attentive staff! Thank you!
