Breakfast options were satisfying. There were a lot to choose from. There was a make your own omelet station. The venue is beautiful and clean. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom had a nice walk in shower with good water pressure. The television has options for Netflix or Tubi to watch free movies or simple regular shows. The fitness center is great and the machines work well. They have an indoor pool (would have been nice to have a jacuzzi/spa tub there). The front desk agent April was nice and accommodating, helping to get me a room early. She also explained things clearly. They have a reception in the evenings with free drinks as well. This was a nice spot for a short stayover.
I didn't like the paid parking notice that was not previously brought up when I booked for this location ($20 a day is a bit much considering how much they charge you for the rooms). Also, I was charged slightly more than what I confirmed for on my original booking confirmation. The difference wasn't enough to make a fuss but still was more than expected. I didn't like the reception food. The drinks were great. Tried the wine. However, the nuts and chips & salsa every night was unsatisfactory. I would recommend changing it up, maybe adding sliders, or different kind of finger food or appetizer.

The staff is not trained in customer service. Our room was not serviced on day 2 and I was told that the housekeeping workers had already gone home.

Excellent hotel! Very modern with huge rooms and superb beds - firm and comfortable. Staff very helpful. The room was absolutely silent despite being close to the busiest airport in the world!

The bar was comfortable.
I pulled the sofa bed out and there was a collection of rubbish beneath it - popcorn, candy wrappers, food. The front desk manager was cold and rude. They charged me $40 as a deposit which was not returned. WHen I called to ask about it weeks later the man was rude on the phone. Then they returned $20. To be clear, I booked the room for a total of $225 including taxes. The rude front desk man said, "We take $40 as a deposit which will be returned a few days later." It's 5 weeks and international phone calls later to the impolite manager who hung up the phone on me and till hasn't returned the remaining $20.

Beautiful comfortable room, near airport with shuttle.
My 8:20 flight forced me to skip breakfast which started serving at 6:30 am. It should start a little earlier IMO. I got a grab and go breakfast but it wasn’t so great.

Clean, new facility and staff were attentive. Restaurant on property and breakfast was included. Front desk team was very good. Room was small but very clean. You can tell the facility is kept up to standards.
We had to catch an Uber to the hotel. The shuttle or their taxi driver was not working. Seems they were short of staff. That was an inconvenience as I was traveling with small kids in the cold. If I didn’t call the hotel I wouldn’t know the van wasn’t coming.

Convenience to the airport
Distance from the city. Staff seemed lost didn’t know how to handle situations. Restaurant was closed almost every night there and food selection was limited

The location was not bad. It was away from the busy downtown area, but not too far out. We were able to find a good restaurant in the area Friday night, Spondivitis. Saturday we discovered that we weren't too far from the Camp Creek area so we did a little shopping there and had dinner at OLG.
The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd liked. Mattress was way firm.

I loved the hospitality, value and cleanliness- Anthony was amazing as was all staff I encountered
Nothing really there was a bit of trouble with the elevator due to bad weather so I experienced some slight inconveniences. However the staff was a shining bright point.
