Only chose for free shuttle and proximity to airport, but for money paid wanted way more
Reception couldn’t get me a room, told me to call online reservations that took forever, so I booked with booking which took seconds, but hotel didn’t acknowledge it until after 15-20 minutes. Bathroom was weary and unpleasant. Breakfast expensive and mediocre. Restaurant wasn’t open until 5pm and even then it didn’t have 3 out of 5 of their entrees offered, still no room service . Terrible, never had such experience with Doubletree.

I like the location, being close to the airport is a big plus. The size of the room was nice and the staff was friendly.
It looked clean on the surface but I could see how dirty it was the longer we stayed. There was a huge stain on the side of the mattress that was covered. They are also gouging parking fees when they don’t even have a garage. At least if it was a garage, I know my car would be protected. The staff also took my travel blanket and when I asked if anyone turned it in they said they saw it in the kitchen somewhere.

Literally the worst stay I had in Years.. charging my card unnecessarily.. no complimentary breakfast like advertised just terrible. Oh yeah the elevator didnt work

Terrible shuttle service. Prior to my arrival there was no information on the shuttle to the hotel (what time and where is it coming) , called twice to ask and they still weren’t able to give me the right information. Tried calling the reception for 15 mins in the morning the next day to confirm the shuttle time and no one picked up (I thought the front desk might be super busy) and when I came down to check out they said I just missed it. There was no one else at the reception so I’m just wondering why not pick up?

Dirty black er o the bed. Cold showers for 3 days. Maintenance never came to fix. Over priced breakfast. Power outage for 4 hours. Trash cans had no bags. Shelf falling down in bathroom. No microwaves in room. Had to use the one downstairs big inconvenience for the price of the rooms. Room key kept deactivating every time we leave and come back. Has to keep going back down stairs to get it reactivated. I wanted to cancel my room and leave so bad but didn't want to pay the penalty fee booking charges if you do so. Like 178 dollars I would've lost. It was horrible and I'm a Hilton honors member. Never have I ever stayed in a Hilton double tree this bad off.

Location to the Airport was great.
The shuttle drivers were very friendly and accomodating.
Room service was prompt.
There was no hot water for the shower.

The bathroom on the lobby floor was full of toilet paper on the stall floors and soap dispenser on the counter not filled.

I’m unable to properly answer this question because I was unable to stay here. There was no electricity and therefore my family was unable to check-in.
The gentleman working were very kind
Once again- the experience was horrible. After a stressful day of delayed travel this was a devastating blow to our entire family.

ask front desk twice for room service. No room service had to go to the front desk to get towels and wash cloths

The Courteous of the desk staff as well as the shuttle staff.
I had my sister go to the front desk to get towels from the front desk. The attendee was very rude on Sunday morning at 2am; we had come in from the 7 my sister had to state my full name and room number. If I ask for towels for room 243, then why should zi have to state a full name..

Excellent hotel. Very greeting staff. Bartender was very good 👍. Really enjoyed the atmosphere at this location. We will definitely be returning. Location was definitely perfect for the areas we were attending.

The location was close to the airport.
The water was cold, on the second day there was no cookies which is one of things Doubletree us known for. Granted, I did mistakenly cancel my bookings through the hotel with a special rate code and then when I got to the hotel there were rooms available, but they did not give me the special code even though I was with the large group. So I booked third party trying to get a better rate because one of the staff members informed me that it would be cheaper so I did. The rate that is on me email receipt and what is on the receipt that the hotel printed is $105 difference and the lady at check out could not and did not accommodate me.

the toilet clogged for the smallest reason; maintenance took almost 5 hrs to come so I requested a plunger myself and had to keep in room with me the whole visit

the location was great. airport shuttle was nice.
The air didn’t work. Neither did the tv. Bath water leaked all night. No trash can in the bathroom. None of the ice machines worked except in 1 floor. Staff said we were annoying her because we asked about extra towels and wash cloths because we only had one set for 2 people.

The Cookies for sure but I had to ask for them, she didn’t offer. There were others who didn’t know about them and had to ask her also. She was not friendly at all.
I didn’t like staying in a handicapped room, bathroom was off. The bed was poorly made and debris was left on the floor. Didn’t care to go to the sixth floor for ice. The ice maker on the seventh floor was broken. Paying for parking if you are a guest how else will you get there. Charged my card an extra $50.00 didn’t know about that, even though she said I would get it back.
