The accomodations were impeccable. Staff were friendly, responsive and professional. The executive manager interectedv with his staff and guests with respectfulness. Stay here. You will appreciate it!

Today, (Sept 16th) we had such a pleasantly surprised positive experience with this hotel! We didn't keep any expectations since we just needed a simple place to sleep for the night, but the staff exceeded our expectations.
The front desk staff were so friendly and always greeted and chatted with us. The room was a handicap accessible room in which the bathroom was so clean and had the amenities we needed except the hair dryer was missing.
The airport shuttle was a godsend in convenience, and the driver was always very polite! The front desk even called us to make sure we were on time, which for early flights is helpful!

I had forgotten that I had stayed here two years ago, It was OK then, late night check in, early morning check out. This time I was blasted by the rebirth of the place! Ultra modern refurbishment, outstanding. Dan the front desk man was respectful, courteous, and helpful. Only two minor negatives, the breakfast room was unruly, loud, too loud, for a calm meal, and upon leaving I couldn't get through to the front desk to open the exit gate, (had to walk back in, and finally and luckily bumped into a maintenance man outside} I liked the security of a gated parking lot though!

it was very busy because of all the cancellations at ATL, but both shuttle driver and check in person were courteous, super efficient and made all the difference. both deserve a raise.

Loud music next door and smelled like weed. Bedspread had 2 big yellow stains. Only 1 towel and no wash clothes in room. I would not stay here again.

They have done renovations since our last visit. The upgrades look nice. Breakfast was decent. The employees are all very nice & helpful. My only complaint both times I've stayed would be you have to be extra careful because the sidewalks are slippery.

The front desk attendant wasn’t friendly! I didn’t like my view. And the hotel was a magnet for homeless men and young guys! I checked out early before my stay was over!

Nice location close to the airport with a free shuttle. Has breakfast but nothing great, although the staff were very friendly. WiFi is terrible. I couldn’t work from home and had to connect to my hotspot

Entrance was tricky. Almost got on the freeway since it wasn’t very clear. Front desk gal was welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was hot like no air running. Our floor was sticky. The bathroom did not flow well. But the worst part of this hotel was the noise level from the airport. It also shook the room. I wouldn’t stay there again for that reason.

Very noisy on the ground floor. Several of our group couldn’t sleep because of all the noise. They found it was the night desk staff making the noise. They were asked to deal with the noise and nothing was done. No working remote for the tv. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were amazingly friendly. So our stay (group of 6 rooms) was good for some and absolutely horrible for some. The driver of our group was one who had a horrible night and had to stay awake all day at the conference and for the 8 hour drive back after with only about 2 hours of sleep due to your noisy yelling night staff.

When i made the reservation i requested a high floor with a balcony...i was told i would have room 916. When i checked in that room had been rented and i was also charged for parking, i was dropped off and the rep didnt even ask if i had a car

Room was clean and had nice decor and essentials. Drink machines were empty, inconvenient for people wanting liquid but too tired to go out, etc. Parking security was nice benefit.

So thankful for choosing this hotel by chance. Our flight was delayed and it was a crazy mess trying to get our rental car. We made it to the hotel at 5am. Check in was easy and understating of our late arrival. The young lady was very understanding. Our beds were super comfy and clean. Check out was a breeze and the gentleman was kind. Thankful for a kind and welcoming smile after such a hard night.

The guy that’s over housekeeping always come around to see if my room needs cleaning and I told him yes and he said someone will be coming. (Early in the morning) so I happen to see him again and I said where are the person that supposed to clean the room, he said they are coming. It’s now exactly 3:00 pm and no one is here to clean my room. I heard some people outside in the hallway near my room and open the door to see if housekeeping still planning on cleaning this room. I’m tired of keep asking them to clean my room. I will inform corporate of what’s going on here. I don’t like to leave comments but I’m tired of them not doing their job. I hear them outside my door laughing and carrying on instead of cleaning my room.
