Quiet surroundings, even for an airport location; comfortable room, shuttle on times--on time or early; breakfast very good, staff was courteous, friendly and helpful, including shuttle drivers.

Kudos to Mr. Lewis, nighttime shuttle driver, for being patient with complaining passengers. Very professional. The night clerk handled the 6 people coming in at once like this wasn’t her first rodeo.
This wasn’t my first stay and it certainly will not be my last.
It’s my go to hotel flying out of ATL.

The people staying above our room were jumping on the floor all night, and at one point dribbling a ball. The front desk did nothing to help. Pool was closed because it was "out of season" only it was over 90 degrees every day.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have completely toiletries if you forget something. Secure parking lot (do have to pay but not bad $20 for 2 nights) property is very well maintained and rooms are super clean and nice.

Newly renovated and clean! No funky smell, comfortable bed. Will gladly stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta!

We stayed in the same room on the way back. The light worked but to be honest it might have been operated error last so I take back what I said last time about the light not working! After not sleeping in a comfortable bed for a week I have to say it was a pretty comfortable one!

Room was great. Airport shuttle was good from airport but the van used to bring us back had ac blowing full blast with no vents to close and 65 degrees outside.

This is my third time staying here and it has slipped a lil bit…Great people and service. There were a couple things that had to with house keeping like I found something under the bed that should have been picked up by the vacuum if they would have vacuumed every-time. Then in the bathroom all the dirt was in one corner. The blinds were broke and the light didn’t work. With that being said it was clean and safe. There is not much to eat around there just a McDonalds and IHOP just so you know.

We had an overnight layover in ATL and this hotel offered shuttle service, but I was also impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness of the hotel staff and overall service. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of booking here. The bed was super comfy, too!

It was not the hotels fault but we only had about 3 hours rest in our room due to weather problems and delays in getting to the hotel from the airport.For such a short stay and a full day of traveling it would have been nice to have been able to have a shower but there was no shower curtain in the bathroom,there was a rod but no curtain.I didn't see the point of trying to get one at 3a.m. in the morning.

Booked 2 rooms but when arrived at hotel they said I only had one room booked. I showed her my hotels.com confirmation and she said that didn’t matter and it happens all the time. She stood there as I booked another room online. Hopefully I do not get charged for the other room somehow.
Room had wet spots in the carpet which was a bit gross. The rest fine/what you would expect at a holiday inn express.

This turned out to be a last minute stay as our one night stay down the street turned into a nightmare. Rooms were clean, comfy, and relaxing. Was nice to just lay back and watch the plane constantly landing across the street. Will 100% stay here in the future if needed!

This property was a complete disaster. They failed to allow admission in dire circumstances. They failed to consider any flexibility.

No notice of remodeling outside, pool and patio blocked off with out notice

No notice that it costed $10 a night to park inside the gated area did do matter though anyone could still get in if they want to harm your belongings

The hotel is clean and updated. The free breakfast has a variety of choices from pork, turkey, fruits and veggies. The staff are professional and friendly. There is an IHOP and McDonald’s in walking distance of the hotel. The only negative is having to pay an additional $10 per night for the room key, which you will need, to enter and exit the property.
