Waiting for service

The hotel lobby, elevator, not very clean. Front reception was beyond rude. I could write a book on that girl, she should be fired actually!! Room itself was clean. We did book a king room, but the bed was not a king size! Also airport shuttle does not take you international terminal, only to domestic. But for a cost they may take you to international!!

I booked a room for 2 queen size beds But they gave me 1 king size bed room when I check in, because of overbooking. They didn’t help me to solve problem. We have 3 adults, one person need to sleep on floor.

The staff was really nice but the rooms were not clean at all. I had stains on my sheets which caused me to have to switch rooms.

It was quick. Just stayed for 2 hours

Everything was great. Always try to stay at Wyndham hotels. Agent at check in was great

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was a huge plus and there was plenty of restaurants in the area all within walking distance. I was unaware of the $100 deposit prior to check in. I also found a roach in the bathroom. Hotel staff apologized and switched our room. Breakfast was okay.

It was roaches in our microwave and shower!! We had to switch rooms and still had roaches in them and THE NEW ROOM WE COULDnt OPEN THE DOOR!! then we had no hot water and they had to change part we went without hot water for 2 days !! We called for fresh towels 4 times never got them !!TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY WILL NOT BE BACK!! Never was Compensated for our stay at all!!!

Check in wasn’t good, we stayed here as we had flown in to Atlanta from London and it wasn’t too far from the airport. So when we checked in after 10pm local time we were on UK time (3am) and very tired. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming and we had to pay US$10 for parking which we were not aware of. The outdoor pool was green water.

My stay was great I will be back !

The staff was very friendly and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, as always with LaQuinta.

This hotel is FILTHY!!!!! Don’t waste your time…….. Just Keep on looking for somewhere else!!!!!

Check-in lines can go "out the door" in early evenings, and only one (overwhelmed - phone was also ringing continuously!) staff member. Exceptionally friendly front-desk staff, Hats Off! Room key (magnetic) - despite ensuring cards nowhere near the cellphone on my body, these nonetheless had to be continuously re-set (remagnetized?) at least once a day... Happy the hotel still uses small (Dove brand) shampoo "giveaway" flasks, except when you're greeted by 4 conditioners (I'm a guy) but no shampoo... about day 4 the housekeeper decided she would not restock any more. Bed was only made after the first night, it was up to me afterwards (multi-nights' stay) Bathroom uses dark floor tiles which don't propagate the appearance of cleanliness, even though cleanliness was not an issue there. The chair back located in the main room - that WAS a cleanliness issue! Renovation may be necessary at some point (shower pressure on 5th floor, mattresses)... Temperature control was tricky (thermostat controls a window AC unit) either too warm or icy. Sleeping partially uncovered meant serious back pain in the morning (the hot shower would mitigate - I do not have a history of back pain) Breakfast, while welcome, scrambled egg raw materials come straight from the carton and the meat selection is - meh Lots of international travelers so I assume a lot of online reservations. Could not add an extra night neither with hotels dot com nor with LaQuinta themself - sold out!

So I checked in on Friday August 30th my neighbors across the hall had a child that cried for hours straight! They hung out in the hallway and when I exited the room I had to say excuse me as they block my doorway. I leave out my room only to return to Hapeville police, fire department, and EMT’s in the hall. So I have to say excuse me to enter my room. I asked staff what was going on I never received the answer. I asked for my room to be moved nobody ever got back to me! I left the hotel as I didn’t feel safe or secure and I was tired and needed to rest! The next morning I returned and spoke to the manager about the events the night before, he had no idea the police, fire department or EMT were there at the hotel he manages. Hotels. Com and the laquinta owe me an apology and at least a comp night if not 2! Those same ppl were disturbing my whole trip and I didn’t feel safe but I pushed thru anyway.

The lobby was so dirty and my room was even worse. Toenails and hairs in the bathroom. Dirty floors. Uncomfortable pillows and mattress. Luckily it was just a one night stay before going to the airport but it was terrible

Why you have to pay for parking .... $10 a day for parking

I always enjoy staying here. The staff is always friendly and fun. The rooms are always clean and cozy.

Check-in was a bit hectic, but service desk handled well recommend better information on parking & wi-fi access. Room for the night was clean & spacious

Our stay at the LaQuinta was perfect and convenient to the airport. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the complementary breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great, but shuttle to airport only went to delta side which put us late for flight because between that and airport people wouldnt get my mom a wheelchair to take us all the way accross airport till we got to security check, then 5 min late. When airport coukd of called flight. We had to sit until another flight. Then another flight then another flight.

Mixed experience. They were undergoing construction, so the lobby was a mess and very hot. The staff was two persons at check-in, but there was only one when we arrived and she left when the other arrived, without telling the person she was helping where she had gone. Our check-in was smooth, if slow, but our person kept answering the phone. The room was excellent and the shuttle was on time and courteously handled. They need better staffing at check-in.

Nice stay, breakfast was good. They just need to control the homeless coming in for breakfast in the morning, not a great smell when you’re trying to have breakfast. Other than than had an ok stay

Overall the hotel was really nice. The room was clean, there is a Ruby Tuesday and a Waffle House rigth in front of the hotel! The shuttle to the AirPort was on time and very convennient.

Reception had no AC so very uncomfortable checking in. Breakfast ok. Beds and rooms awesome.

This was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. There was a chewed up piece of gum on the carpet, hair left in the shower, and it was in desperate need of a vacuum. The corners hadn’t been touched in awhile either. While the front desk was friendly enough, they weren’t super helpful and you had to pry information out of them. Will not be staying here again.
