I only like the location

The showers were not functioning, the floor of one of the bathroom is rough

The host was very thoughtful. He did gave me a manual how to open the lock door & how to use the tvbox/ free wifi. He's friendly as well. All rooms equipped with air-conditioning. Location is bonus! Walking distance to feringgi beach/night market The house itself very spacious. It has backyard space with table and also some books which my kids love it.

The rooms doesnt have fan. For my mom, its quite cold for her. No jug to cooling down boiling water. But again, other than these, everything is okay!

The house is huge an spacious. Everything is perfect. My family enjoyed the stay. The backyard area was cool for chit chatting sessio.

Improvement in cleanliness. Unit is clean but can be better especially the backyard area and all the balconies. Washing machine is nit permitted. Good if it is allowed.

Large house for families or/friends, kind host, 10’ from the beach. Lots of restaurants around. Terrace with table and chairs outside.

Not well equipped for travellers : no towel, bath mat, not even glasses. No basic like tea/coffee/salt… provided. Can’t use the washing machine. Only bottom sheet and blanket. Quite dusty and even some mold on furniture. Need a good cleaning!

Location was great, within walking distance to the beach. Host was very responsive and friendly.

No towels provided, no stove for cooking, and sign saying guests not allowed to use washing machine or dryer. House needs a lot of maintenance and is quite old. But because of the great price, we weren’t expecting something amazing like the Hilton- so we were okay with it. Place needs a good vacuum under the beds. A LOT of dust underneath.

The house is big and super comfortable!

Near a beach & night market & no problem for parking.

a few things need to be fix . eg: shower head , leaking roof , clean bed sheets & lock on the sliding door of the 2nd bedroom

The house was good and very big..I really enjoyed my stay
