Because of the deficiencies i.e. no functioning TV, one coffee cup for two, one chair for two we had to leave the apartment and we had to leave the apartment after 2 days instead of fully paid 7 days. We found another location through Booking.com and paid USD437 over and above the cost of the 7 days stay at the apartment.

It was a rocky start but the property owner came through and made the stay a good experience! Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable, lovely décor and easy check-in. Fridge, microwave and utensils are available. Access was easy by car. It's not walking distance from beaches/nightlife/tourist spots, but I believe that is reflected in the lower rates and kind of typical for Florida and much of the US, where it is just assumed you'll have/rent a car.

The AC is quite loud and cannot be controlled by the guest. I had to text the person in charge to have it on the lowest possible setting (it isn't possible to turn it all the way off). If I had decided I wanted it turned up in the middle of the night, I would've been out of luck.

The location and the quiet Arrival instructions were very precise

No control on the AC. But it was very hot so I got used to it always being on. Never saw or spoke to owner or anyone. A little conversation would have been nice.

The location is not at all perfect, in fact it's quite isolated! There is 1 small shop and a bar... a 20 minute away. Thats it. A car is essential. We had serious issues with check in, the door was locked. We were very very lucky that the cleaning ladies were still there by good fortune, otherwise we could not have got in. We had no wifi or a us phone to contact the owner. Not a pleasant smell from the bed sheets/pillow. No toileteries.

At a rate of $200 this hotel is poor choice! old motel partially repair and cleaned up! conveniently located but old and tired, it would be fair for $80

the room looked nice at first glance. when we laid down the bed smelled like dirt and sweat. tried to check for bed bugs but the mattress cover doesn’t come off… i messaged the property and asked for new sheets and pillows or if I could have a refund so we could go stay somewhere else and all they said is that there might be more sheets in the laundry room. disappointing to say the least. we’ll probably be leaving to go stay in an actual hotel and throw the money for here away because I can’t sleep in smelly dirty sheets. also there’s multiple doors to the room that you aren’t made aware of to begin with… with no locks on your side to keep people out and no indications to what they lead to but you can’t open them.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Room was great and communication was A+. Highly recommended.
