Lovely little place with a nice kitchenette and a great breakfast.

This place is fabulous, we stayed in Oak for 2 nights whilst visiting friends. Everything has been thought of for your comfort, from a super comfy huge bed, home made granola, chocolate brownies on arrival. The outside space is also beautiful but as it's November didn't get the opportunity to use. Thanks to Dan the owner, really helpful and friendly, we will be back.

Everything, this place was superb. The area was excellent, the property itself was excellent and the finishing touches were outstanding. Dan was a great host and extremely friendly. I would stay here over and over.

Friendly people, great location, stylish comfortable rooms.

Our stay at Hayeswood Lodge (Birch) exceeded all our expectations. Beautiful location, great check in and friendly welcome on arrival. Loved the personal touches in the room and with breakfast as everything was homemade. Lodge itself had everything you could need bathroom with bath and shower, Kitchenet. Dan and his family were very helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend, and would love to stay again soon. Thank you :-)

The accommodation is set out very well and on such lovely grounds. The room is very well done to allow you to have scone comforts which is great. Love all the personal touches but we are gluten free so couldn’t touch what was there.

Although negative id still go back. The loo constantly runs unless you jab the button again. Curtains don’t block out any light. Woke up on the night thinking people in the room but it was a huge photo looking like people ere walking at you. Gluten free wasn’t really a option breakfast wise. Again I’d still go back.

Georgous room with kitchenette that had everything you need for your stay. From the owner's warm welcome, to the delicious homemade crumpets and jam, to lending us an umbrella; nothing was too much trouble and really made our stay that bit more special. If you are looking for a little luxury in a beautiful rural location, you won't be disappointed. I would recommend Hayeswood in a heartbeat.

What's not to like! This place is exceptionally exquisite. From the super friendly hospitable owner (Dan) to the location and the luxurious room. The location is amazing if you want somewhere quiet and to be amongst nature. The room has a real homely feel to it, with everything you require for self catering. Two ring induction cooker with pots and pans, microwave, cutlery all neatly packed away. The bathroom has a double bath which was lovely to relax in. The bed was next level comfort, with TV and all channels, even Prime movies! Big thank-you to Dan for making our stay super special, and for the wonderful and delicious complimentary chocolate brownies, wow! . I can't recommend Hayeswood Lodge enough.

You would be hard pushed to find anything you don't like about this place! The only thing I didn't like is having to leave.

The room was beautiful. The beds were sooo comfortable. everything was spotlessly clean and modern, I really can’t fault it at all. The bath robes were a very welcome surprise as we’d forgotten to pack ours! The personal details like the home made brownies, crumpets, granola, blackberry jam and the before photo of the room in a frame inside the wardrobe were my favourite little touches. We really enjoyed our peaceful night away, just wish we’d have stayed another night. everything you need for a quiet break from busy day to day life, we will certainly be back again, maybe in summer so we can take advantage of the lovely surroundings. The owner was lovely too and very helpful. 10/10 from us, thanks so much

Great quiet location, stopped for an extra night so I could get some work done. Absolutely spotless place, a B&B done really well. Homemade crumpets, fruit, homemade muesli and oat milk for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location had the most beautiful views. The lodge was beyond luxury. Perfect for our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was all homemade and tasted delicious! The bed was so comfortable and the whole room spotless. The bath was divine! Such a shame we did not have long in the lodge as was just a quick overnight stay in between some shows.
