Pros:
Beautiful suite, large conference table / dining table, great view. Very quiet. The valet downstairs was incredibly kind welcoming and responsive. It was very helpful to have a car available for use for drop off, Uber back for pick up.
Cons:
Washing clothes was tough, as the dryer did not work. The dishwasher did not work, and was out of finishing rinse solution which I ordered. All of the televisions had Roku, which was disabled. No Internet TV, only crappy cable, lots of old people commercials, and reruns. Back to 1998. Although the televisions were new, and they were Samsung, and there was a large flatscreen TV in every bedroom and the living room, they were all unusable for modern uses, such as casting your computer screen for any purpose, watching, Netflix, etc. I mentioned it, ask for help from property management who were unresponsive. they sent me a text with inept instructions.
Can opener did not work.

This property managing company is awful. throughout our entire stay which spanned three days costing a lot of money,….we had an awful smell throughout our apartment that we called and emailed eight times that they never addressed. Is this took one day to come fix our toilet when it was clogged and the master bedroom shower keeps leaking. Besides this, it’s a beautiful unit with unbelievable views just needs much much better management.

Stayed here for a 50th girls trip and we loved it! Beautiful and comfortable condo. Amazing views and fabulous property. The manager even left me a birthday cake! Check in was a little bumpy with multiple people giving us different info but we were in on time and everything was in excellent condition. The 1 Hotel overall is beautiful! Great location. Fun, but not too much of a scene. Lovely beach. Highly recommend.

only issues i had was when i was checking in I couldn't get in the property before 4pm. When I was checking out I was told I could only stay until 11am as they had another guest coming in early and I had to vacate. Where was that service for me? Also almost 2 weeks after I was there I was told there was a damaged bed skirt and robe? Ive never damaged anything at a hotel and why 2 weeks? Noone else that rented after me could of done?

We traveled with our 3 adult children to the 1 Hotel. We have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Condo was perfect fit for our family with lovely views of the beach, ocean.
You cannot beat the amenities, plenty of dining options and pools. The rooftop pool and bar was fantastic!
Shout out to Orlando at the main pool bar and his team. Very attentive and great to see an old friend! Dining menus were limited due to Covid but every meal was fantastic. The accuracy of the listing was only due to the fact that pic does not look like the unit. But very similiar. We will return!!!

We traveled with our 3 adult children to the 1 Hotel. We have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Condo was perfect fit for our family with lovely views of the beach, ocean.
