It was a great property, everyone was super nice, overall it was excellent.

Great communication with the manager…easy via texting. Simple and quick check in. Separate entrance from hotel, but get to enjoy all the hotel amenities, including the awesome pools, fun and hip rooftop restaurant, great easy-access beach with good service, and expansive daily buffet breakfast at the Habitat restaurant. My kids and I truly enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. The condo is large, very clean, and comfortable. We will return!

From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Spent a few days to celebrate the July 4th holiday and got perfect weather and an amazingly comfortable, clean and luxurious apartment. The property manager was very nice and accommodating when we checked in. Will definitely be back.

This was a return trip for us to the 1 residence units. This 2 bedroom/2.5 bath unit is immaculately clean with a nice view of the ocean. Daisy greeted us in the lobby to get us settled. The restaurants and beach service were lovely, as always.

Our rental through Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was perfect from booking to check out. The unit at The 1 was perfect - clean, beautiful, and well appointed. The host reached out several times before our arrival to make sure that all of our needs were met. He then met us at check in to make everything easy. We would definitely stay at the 1 and book through Luxury Rentals Miami Beach again!

The entire experience was top notch. From meeting for check in to the unit itself. We were there with several other friends who were also staying in the hotel, but we were the only ones in a residence unit. Needless to say our friends had room envy. ;-)
