This was a cozy little condo tucked in a quiet neighborhood. All listing references were accurate. Check in and out was very smooth. Communication with host quick, efficient and polite.

It was good. The third room was in a room that I believe was a closed in porch. So it was a little different than expected, but it was a good stay.

This was a great spot for our weekend concert getaway! The complex where this property is located is very quiet and calm and makes it easy to get anywhere in Durham or Chapel Hill. House is very nicely renovated and had everything we needed. Comfy and quiet and convenient, just what we were looking for!

We were there with my parents for my nieces wedding. Everything was exactly as shown and Stacy was an awesome host. Great communication and quick to respond to any questions. Great location also! Will definitely book again if need in the area!

The property was fine and conveniently located.
We would like to make some suggestions:
Supply more pot holders-there was only 1.
Supply dish towels--there were none.
Since master shower is so small, it would be nice to have a hand held shower so you can lather up before the water rinses off.
Gnats were annoying inside the house -- didn't want to call or deal with pesticides during our stay.

The VRBO home was decorated and furnished beautifully. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials.

We stayed 2 weeks in this 2 bedroom, pet friendly condo. We were in Durham for treatments at Duke. This location is wonderful. It’s a short drive to Duke and there are several restaurants and shopping near by. This area is very safe and you are in a very populated condo/apartment area. Stacy is very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

The condo is a great place to stay in Durham. It is quiet and peaceful. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped.

Great Stay in Durham
The Restful Retreat in Durham NC is a cute, well located, quiet townhome, perfect for a comfortable holiday visit. The place is clean and well furnished - many of the furnishings look brand new. The two bedrooms are comfortable and the two bathrooms are ample. The owner is quite caring and responsive - our one problem was addressed thoughtfully and completely. We would stay there again when visiting the area.

Very clean and quiet
End one story townhouse unit-updated-located in what appears to be a low key residential area. Decor was light-perfect for the place. Easy to locate with 2 designated parking spaces. The place was spotless-beds comfy and quiet-which were all the things we needed for our sister escape. I actually ended up extending my stay for one more night to catch up on paperwork. I would stay here again.
