Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this apartment during Art Basel 2022. It was not bad, as apartments go, location was pretty good for Art Basel. It’s in a Hotel, so there were close amenities to be used, such as restaurant, pool, etc. However service was unacceptably bad, especially for the $5k/night price tag. They were not responsive even right after reservation - whatever we asked we got the same automattic canned response. After arriving there were three concierges, which we could never find. The phone in the room didn’t work. They never brought us any coffee, although we asked like a 1000 times. We ordered room cleaning for $350 which they never did. There was a sign not to throw our garbage as there would be $30 fine, but they never threw the garbage. They were never to be found when we wanted to store our luggage at leaving time. All in all pretty bad experience, with just the location as a good point. Cannot recommend at all.

The unit was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY when we arrived! Furniture turned upside down, dirt and dust everywhere, dirty towels on the ground, terrace cushions stacked up in the living room! While true that we were allowed into the unit a half-hour before the official check-in time, it was still in the same inexcusably filthy state at check-in time. Especially given our $5K+ per night rate, we were horrified!!! We expressed our outrage to the rental company- Luxury Rentals Miami Beach- and they had no excuse whatsoever. Someone came to clean and did a very mediocre job, but at least we could sleep there that night. A real cleaning was done the next morning. Once the unit was cleaned, we had a wonderful stay. It is a lovely unit with a gorgeous view.

The view alone made the stay worth it! Family of four and a dive friend. Had a great time. Communication was great and any questions answered. Would stay again next year in same place if it works out :). Thanks for the trip!

Stayed here to celebrate my 30th and it was honestly just perfect. We had a beautiful view, a big place that fit the 6 of us perfectly. It was clean, but some things are fairly 'outdated' in terms of the shades, having to manually pull them down, but no biggie. Staff is friendly and the location is in a great spot. Will definitely be staying here again!
