The guesthouse manager is very friendly. I was not hosted in the guesthouse but in another accomodation. It was basic but ok for the price.

The room, not in the guesthouse, was not super clean and there was no hot water.

Haile is extremely welcoming and helpful. Took me to get the local sim card, provided me Addis travel tips and local cruise recommendations. Also very thankful to offer me free airport pick up and drop off service. The location close to Lem hotel metro station and easy go round the city centre and many attractions. With no doubt 100% highly recommended.

the manager Halle saved my life , I arrived late, my phone battery was dead but he step in, picked me up and assisted me and my friends throughout my stay

Haile is a very friendly and helpful host. His staff are also a happy, friendly group - they will offer to make you free tea and coffee all day and night. Free airport pickup was really useful. Location is very good: a busy lively area with lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries shops. Also only a 5 min walk from the Addis metro station

I'm so happy that my trip to Ethiopia started with Addis Ababa, where i met Haile, the owner of the guesthousev, he is so nice and friendly, he gave me a free ride from the airport and helped me to buy local sim card. He has very good information about all the places in Addis and gave me very good recommendations. The place is clean, with the hot shower and not so Dat from the airport .

Owner was really nice and thoughtful. He was more than happy to share all his knowledge about Ethiopia. Place was clean and nice, location is good (market, tram, good restaurants close by). I think you wont find a better stay in Adis for this price.

We only stayed for a night before going to another place, but it was a good decision to book this guesthouse since it was comfortable and in a nice neighborhood with small restaurants. Haile, our host was more than willing to help us in everything and he provided a transport from and to the airport for us. For short stays this is a great value and highly recommended.

First Hailey the manager is superb. Always available to assist. He drove me around at no cost to get a local sim. Free airport transfer to and from. Hailey's two assistants are very friendly. Great service over-all My room was clean. I stayed 3 nights. I recommend Wib.

The staff is super friendly, kind and professional. We felt at home there. Highly recommended! They also provide free shuttle service from and to the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay at Wib. The room was comfortable and clean, all of the amenities I needed were provided. The location is also good, close to the center and at the same time the surrounding area is pretty quiet. Haile, the manager, was very attentive and helpful. He gave me a ride from and to the aiport, assisted me in purchasing a local SIM card and shared lots of valuable advice that made my visit to Ethiopia much easier.

Hostel staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager Mr. Haile who speaks excellent English was always around and gave advice on interesting places in the city. In the hostel I could get free coffee and tea whenever I wanted. The staff took care of the order and cleanliness of the room..

there is a souk nearby

・The pick-up time is not kept, （So I had to call from the airport. After the phone call, I was made to wait outside in the middle of the night for about 20 minutes. it was cold ・the room lock is broken, （He was fixing the screw on the door of his room with a screwdriver, but it was broken again the next day.） ・The entrance door is translucent glass. When the lights are turned on, people outside can see what's going on inside. ・The window curtains are small and full of gaps, so you can easily see inside the room from the outside. I can't relax. ・2 of the 3 lights in the bathroom are broken, dark and smelly ・there are various kinds of insects, spiders, etc. ・No one at the front desk after 22:00 (probably earlier) ・ security box ・Even if there are several staff members, only the host knows where hair dryers are located. The host is not on the premises. Even if you want to borrow a hair dryer, you have to wait for the staff to call the host and wait for him to bring the hair dryer by car.

Top notch service! The airport transfer was already included in the fees. Mr Haile, the manager, was very forthcoming from start to finish, responsive, helpful and eloquent. I was always amazed by how elegantly he expressed himself. The check-in and check-out time were very flexible. I checked in at 9 am without any extra fees. He went an extra mile to make sure guests’ stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every day, I was offered a cup of local coffee free of charge. In addition, his willing to help with travel – related information was beyond reproach. His colleagues were very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was safe and well - lit.

Staff is extremely kind and available. We felt really welcome. The owner speaks excellent English and he is really helpful. There are shops nearby the guesthouse and we had no security issues. Facilities are not the newest but this place is really good value for money.
