This cottage was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The living room and kitchen were very spacious. The outdoor shower and the short walk to the beach made it all the better. We were enchanted by the little town, restaurants and beautiful sunsets.

Don’t let the size fool you, the house is small but packs a punch. The kitchen is very spacious which really helps. It was also well apportioned.
Was a little nervous that a pet friendly unit might have lingering pet smells but no issues at all with that.
Checkin wasn’t ideal. The keys weren’t in the designated mailbox and couldn’t reach manager. Fortunately the sales clerk was able to locate her for me.
The WiFi wasn’t set up upon arrival. I was able to locate the router in the laundry room and set it up.
We had a great week in Cape Charles.

We loved our visit to this cottage in cape Charles. It was a great fit for my family of 5 with plenty of space and yard. Loved being so close to the beach and downtown on a quiet street.

Great place to stay! Comfortable, safe and clean. Beachy vibes and cozy. First time vacationing at cape Charles and this was a last minute trip. We felt so lucky to find this gem! We’ll definitely be back!

Cape Charles is a great bay beach town for a peaceful getaway. This house matched the vibe perfectly. The location was great and very close to the water and Central Park. We rented a golf cart just to maximize our time at the beach. The layout of the house is very simple/logical. Endless hot water and great pressure in indoor and outdoor showers. Games and toys for the kids was a huge plus. Beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.
