Nothing at all, Dubai had flooding rain, so the hotel had no electricity for almost 2 days & the hotel was surrounded with; i checked out on April 17th & was promised by the front desk officials that they will refund me for the value of the remaining 5 nights that i had paid in advance, in addition to releasing AED 1000 being security deposit to cover my extras, and AED 50 that i had paid in cash for using a hotel electric adaptor; nothing of that happened to date; i.e, till April 21st, 2024 & i’m still left with no refunds what so ever; i need your advice regarding a proper course of action to remedy the situation?

The worst experience on this site, it is not five stars, There’s overall mismanagement, yesterday day the pool had more than 100 kids, I think they are coming from the Novotel hotel. Break fast is not good and not as 5 starts standard and Accor 5 starts sites. Room cleaning is coming late around 12.10pm. I will never come back this site. Accor - regional office must take action and implement the SOP otherwise the brand name of Movenpick will be spoiled at all. First night I went to take an open buffet - dinner, I was surprised !very very poor buffet ! Today I want to change the Towel in the pool , they refused !!! By so bad attitude from the worker and his supervisor as well ! So bad communication ways at all ! It is not Movenpick standard at all
