The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. Hosts thought of every little detail and went above and beyond anything we could ever have expected. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

We had an unplanned work meeting in Charlotte and we had to bring the dog because we were already traveling. Excellent House, Understated Amenities and Cleanliness. 10/10. Do not pass on this property if it fits your traveling needs. Excellent.

Great place to stay

We have stayed in many VRBO places and this is the best by all standards. The hosts take great pride in wanting their guests to feel as if they are home and they have exceeded in that. The home has all the amenities needed and all are of excellent quality. They add little extras like fresh flowers, snacks and fruit. They even think about your furry person too! If we could rate 20 stars, we would. The hosts are just wonderful people. If you have the privilege to stay at their place, it will be a special honor. Nobody does it better than they do.

This was a perfect cottage for me and my two small dogs. Plenty of room for more people though. The host went way above any where I’ve ever stayed previously with all the considerate touches. I’ve already booked two more trips to enjoy the Cozy Cottage.

Up to date, extremely clean & cozy with thoughtful extra touches. We successfully met and hosted my husband’s 77 yr old half brother & adult niece & nephew for 2 meals while here. They had never met & just recently learned of each other. I highly recommend staying here and would come again. Of note is that the back yard fence is partially enclosed in case you need fenced in for dogs as it’s not clear in pictures.

Great property!! Very clean and well stocked. Little extras that were very much appreciated, such as snacks, coffee, fruit. Felt like a very safe area but very close to a lot of places. We would not hesitate to book this Concord Cottage again if in the area in the future. 5-Stars

We LOVED staying here at this house. It was VERY CLEAN, very COMFORTABLE , and had a LOT of EXTRAS that most properties did not have ( snacks, paper goods etc...). Donna and Matthew were great to communicate with... AND there were no bugs!!!! (I hate bugs!) We really enjoyed our stay and would HIGHLY recommend it!

We stayed here for a week and had the best experience we have ever had with Vrbo or Abnb, the property owners are extremely thoughtful of your stay and do all they can do to make your stay a great one! I will most definitely be staying here again when I make the trip next year.

This cottage is AWESOME! Everything about our stay was as good as it could possibly be. The house is very well furnished in the kitchen and laundry. There were several sweet little "extras". It was just a great place to stay and if we come this way again we will definitely stay here! The hosts were super easy to communicate with and SO nice.

We really enjoyed ourselves at the cozy cottage. There was so many fine touches that made us feel so welcome. It was like a home away from home.

The Concord Cozy Cottage is one the best properties we have stayed at. Donna really does a fantastic job of making her guests feel welcome. The cottage is super clean with all the convenience's you could want or need. I highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to the area, you won't be disappointed. From the soft towels and modern appliances to all the welcoming touches for the guest it just amazing!

This was a great place to stay!! We are planning on staying again next year. Very clean, plenty of towels. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything that you could want for a short stay. Several nice restaurants nice by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow! This was by far the best rental experience to date! The property was set up perfectly for multiple people staying. It was absolutely the cleanest venue we have ever been to. The Denton family have put so much thought into the accommodations and the small things that most of us forget when traveling like detergent or a toothbrush. Fresh cut flowers are included in the decor, precisely manicured lawn, quiet neighborhood and snack await your arrival! We will absolutely be staying with this property and family again! Thanks for the fellowship and providing such a five star experience!

Everything we needed. Owners were very attentive. House was clean, and quiet. They even left us some treats and waters. Well worth it.

Came to Concord for a Spartan Race event. The Cozy Concord Cottage was perfect. Close to the event location and a wonderful place to stay.

If you like dealing with understanding hosts who aren't going to just take your money, book elsewhere. If you have asthma, allergies or breathing issues, book elsewhere. Frankly, I'd look elsewhere no matter what. The hosts claim that they pride themselves on cleanliness, yet they simply cover up odors with so many Glade plug-ins I couldn't even go into the house. I've stayed at plenty of VRBOs and never had this issue. The cottage is MAYBE 800 sq ft. They had at least three plug-ins in that size of a space, all on full blast. My husband and child went inside to open windows and doors to air out the house. I contacted the hosts (who live next door and share the driveway) and they were initially responsive, quickly bringing over a couple fans and an air purifier and saying they'd come back later to check on things. But we never saw them again and they about-faced. After waiting 45 minutes for the property to air out, which was useless (with the doors open, you could smell the overwhelming scent 10-20 ft away while standing outside), we messaged them that we were leaving to stay at a hotel and asked about a partial refund. I got no response until I sent a follow-up message nearly 24 hrs later, again asking about a partial refund SINCE WE DIDN'T STAY EVEN A SINGLE NIGHT. She refused any sort of refund, made up lies about how my husband and kid had made huge messes (yet also said we were only there for 30 min?) and refused any refund or further communication. STAY FAR AWAY!

Other than my travel trailer this is the cleanest property I have ever stayed. The hosts were absolutely wonderful.

The cottage is well cared for and safely situated with a private backyard entrance. We enjoyed breakfast and relaxing while watching football and sitting outside on the patio. Comfortable furniture and pleasant decor. Flowers and snacks were unexpected thoughtful touches to welcome us!

Probably my favorite VRBO stay! Booked for five nights, property had everything mentioned in the listing and then some! Really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, and the fire pit! Great location for Charlotte Motor Speedway and quiet neighborhood! Donna was absolutely great to work with! Looking forward to staying again!

Wow!! I absolutely can't say enough wonderful things about this home and the owner, Donna. She's so quick to respond and this home is SO VERY CLEAN!!! It smells so clean and fresh and it's absolutely inviting, it's comfortable and has absolutely everything you could need for your stay and so much more!! It's close to Charlotte Motor Speedway and PNC Music Pavilion. We were here for a girls weekend and to see the Zac Brown concert and we were able to get to the venue in less than 20 minutes. We will definitely be reaching out to Donna to stay here again the next time we visit the area. If you're going to be visiting Concord, THIS home IS the place to stay!! Me and my Frat brothers enjoyed our stay. This house is so beautiful from the outside to the inside. Only problem we had was making the drive back to Charlotte to hang with the Ques..
