This hotel has great location, amazing views and lovely staff. I highly recommend it for any type of travel!

Only issue was our ice machine was out on the floor but overall great stay staff was friendly and helpful

Hotel room seemed a bit out of date. Bathroom was old and toilet didn’t flush well.

I didn’t like all the extra charges. $40 to park, charged for WiFi and I couldn’t borrow a luggage cart.

my room wasn't cleaned for 3 days and I only got a reaction when I called at 8pm on the 3rd. day. NO room service, long lines at check in, breakfast voucher only allowed one drink, ie had to pay for orange juice. the room was old and a cold always, even when thermometer set at 76F

I had a nice stay for an extended weekend trip to San Diego. The hotel was overall very clean. There was always someone cleaning the lobby, the rooms, the floor, the elevator. As of the room itself, the room looked and felt old. The room and room furniture definitely needs a remodel. However, the room was clean and satisfactory. It's worth noting that the TV didn't work half of the time and the WiFi is very slow for hotel standards. Overall, this is a good hotel to stay at because of its convenience to Westfield UTC and the 5 and 805 freeways. I would stay here again.

Professional staff, eco friendly rooms. Quiet. Incredibly close to campus. Definitely a very good place to stay for UCSD trips.

Everything was good until it was time to sleep. Mattress was really hard which is more of a preference

Good location. Ten minutes walk to shopping center. The elevator is super slow and the building is old. The breakfast is not worth for $25.

Location is close to freeway for access to la jolla and San Diego.

Dirty pillow cover, rotten&smelly cream, found a black bug on bed at night. Front desk refused to provide customer feedback contact.

We had an engagement in Balboa Park, but also wanted to visit La Jolla Cove; so this was a perfect location for us; and we appreciated the staff and the parking.

The room was comfortable and roomy. The staff is helpful, courteous and attentive to all of the guests needs. I really enjoyed Nelie in the breakfast area. Nelie was great and wanted to spoil everyone. The food in both the breakfast room and in the bar area is delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. I was very impressed with the restaurants in this hotel. I really enjoyed the outdoor dining area.

The location was convenient but the rooms were outdated.

Quick overnight stay. Beautiful hotel with comfortable bedding. Priced just right, close to shops and restaurants. Definitely worth it.

My 5 year old daughter was woken up from someone repeatedly banging on the wall and scaring her. The front desk did not address the issue. We left at 1030 at not and did not complete our stay. I was offered 5,000 points....what a joke. I paid 574 for the time frame of 4 pm Saturday through 11 am Monday. We were denied an early check in time even though I was specifically told that I would be able to check in at 1030 am. So total I stayed with my child was 26 hrs. I also spent over 200 dollars at the hotel in your restaurants. I most certainly will not be staying there again. I can't believe your hotel offered me 5000 points. What exactly am I supposed to do with that? I would have assumed for the inconvenience and overall bad experience you would have at least offered a complimentary night but I was obviously wrong.
