The room was never cleaned down to the bed sheets. They gave us sheets to replace but never came in to do anything further. Expected more from Hilton.

We had a wonderful time here in Atlanta and the Hotel was apart of that experience. They were friendly, accommodating, and conveniently located to all kinds of activities to enjoy in and around Atlanta. The room was clean and the balcony was our favorite part. I love being able to open a window and get fresh air when I’m staying in a hotel so balconies are a huge plus. The size of it is small, but for the reason I needed it, it was perfect. Thanks for an enjoyable visit and I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area

I was only there for 1 night, it was very clean and comfortable. Will come back.

The staff was very kind. The room itself was comfortable. The pull out bed with a sheet was stained which was pretty off putting, and the handle to the toilet popped off on first use. The breakfast is not worth the cost by far, as it was like 24 per person but was barely more than continental.

We were given a conference room without couch which is what our reservation said.
I was surprised to learn this facility doesn't leave bags in the trash cans. I, myself, like to leave a clean room. The bathtub should have soap, shampoo, etc like your showers. They were bolted to the wall.

We stayed at this property prior to a medical procedure to save us the drive in the early morning and running the risk of getting caught in traffic. Had to be at hospital at 6:30 in the morning. We had a very comfortable stay. The property is clean, quiet, comfortable and in the perfect location for our need. Only five to ten minuted, depending on traffic, from Northside Hospital. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean enough hotel , no free breakfast at all pay only , remote in room had no batteries …limited towels in room . The felt like had no been used on awhile for the suite - clean but not refreshed . Hallway was hot and stagnant on our floor - dated and dark in hallways as well - in room furnishings were not comfortable- average stay and disappointment for a Hilton stay .

The space was nice and there was a balcony that was accessible. The elevator was not in service most of the stay and there was no hand soap but other than that it was nice.

This hotel is very outdated, the lobby was nice but rooms, no. The room smelled like musty/wet/moldy? The bed and couch felt wet and musty. The bed was comfy but no fitted sheets. It had 2 sheets laid on top with a comforter then another sheet on top of that one. When you “stand” (no seats) on the very extremely tiny patio connected to your room all you smell is marijuana and you can hear all of the partying in other rooms. You could smell marijuana in the elevators and hallways too. This place is definitely where the locals stay to party at, not a family stay hotel what so ever. The “very good” rating blows my mind honestly.

Enjoyed our stay for a family of 5 in the suite. Our key card wasn’t working when we returned late at night and the man at the front desk walked up with me to find out the issue. He let us in and sent maintenance up within 10 mins to switch out the battery.

It was dirty. The rooms are mouldy and dirty. You can smell mould when you enter in the rooms. The toilet was not working. The property needs to go under renovation. The condition is not good

I stayed here for pride weekend. I was getting ready when all this black dirty water splashed out of the sink and went all over my brand new shirt. I went down stairs and tried to explain what happened and i told the lady that my shirt was messed up and she asked me for a receipt for what i claim was messed up. I tried to show her the video cause its more than one and she told me she dont need to see it. Ive never been so pissed of in my life. My stuff gets destroyed i dont get a follow up call and the front deck person is extremely rude. If your going to ask like that she shouldnt be working with the public

This is my second time staying this property and I absolutely love it! It's quiet and spacious and the rooms are always kept up to standard. It's also on a convenient location in walking and driving distance to many food options. Will definitely be back again!
