Extremely poor service. The beds were not wide enough to have two elderly people sleeping side by side .. I had to sleep opposite to have a comfortable night The hotel service was poor overall.. we had booked about 30 rooms.. yet the hotel wouldn’t give complimentary access to a lounge to only the bride and groom so that they can have a quiet time .. they expected us to pay for it .. also had to pay for car park..even as resident in the hotel

The room wasnt so bad... but unable to sleep all night because of constant knocking and sounds that resebled something crashing theough the floorboards.. the lift mechanism keeping people awake all night. Do not recommend until they sort it!

Very nice hotel close to the airport. We stayed for two nights, they have a really good breakfast buffet and a decent restaurant for dinner. Terrible neighborhood, so if you stay there, stay there. I wouldn’t wander around at night.

One night business trip. Terrible checkin process. Took far too long. Room was fine. Bar was limited although did stay open late for food if you were arriving late. Ate in nearby Harvester. Didn’t have breakfast.

Very nice room, clean, quiet, spacious. Would stay here again. Convenient to airport and nearby, but otherwise almost an hour travel into London.

Excellent stay. Staff very helpful from check-in till check-out. Had an executive room with lounge access, excellent choice. Very comfortable. Very well stocked hot and cold breakfast.

Found it strange that they didn’t provide washcloths in the bathroom, only hand towels and bath towels was available. When ask for wash cloths was told they don’t have wash cloths. 😱

Room was not available at check in time; had to wait until 7:15pm to get our room, which was extremely difficult with my small children who were exhausted from a day spent traveling. They offered us a 50% voucher for food in the meantime, which was fine, but did not help with the children. The hotel was very dated, and there were several active water leaks throughout the hotel, with buckets placed under them. The room had lots of damaged items (broken locks; damaged furniture). Breakfast was really good, which was the only highlight.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. Location is very convenient. Would be great if the bathroom tub exit will be at a little bit of a higher level.

Friendly reception and good service. Easy change of room because we found some stain on our bed linen when entered the room. The stay was pleasant and we will come back.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very tired and smelt of cigarette smoke. Very disappointing. Executive lounge was very nice. Snacks were delicious.

Ben linen was dirty, shower is no use if you are taller than 5ft 6in, the refillable bottles in the shower - 2 were empty, they are massive so no reason why that should be the case. Of the 2 lifts one was broken, no obvious stars to take. Food was expensive and poor quality. No enough staff in the bar, so had to wait over 30 minutes to get a drink

Staff was so polite and nice and you can't hear the airplanes although it's close to airport. Also, convenient shuttle to airport for only 7 pounds per person, or take the bus for cheaper.

This hotel is disappointing. The room that we received had a broken AC unit, there was a mini iron and the shower head was broken. We requested a room change due to the broken shower head. Our second booking, the room was better except that the AC unit did not work. The Hotel staff could not fix the AC unit. The hotel is dated, we noticed buckets in the hallways because the ceiling leaked.

Room needed a good scrubbing & walls painted. Shower was difficult to operate. Only the barest of amenities provided & soap bottle needed to be refilled. No mouth wash provided. Self-service breakfast buffet was a nightmare with children having unfettered access to touch all the food. Not hygienic & haven’t seen such a thing outside of UK since pandemic. No bottled water in room & none available. As basic as it could possibly be.

Got to the hotel at 630pm after traveling all day and being up since 1am. My room wasn't ready because the hotel had a flight crew. Now first of all I refused to believe that every single room was booked. Finally a very dedicated staff member Anibesh I believe tried to placate me by giving me a "free drink" voucher which was only good for beer and house wine. So of course I was pissed off because I need a scotch or a martini. So I went to him to express my dissatisfaction. He then offered me free dinner and complimentary breakfast. I finally was able to access my room at 745pm all the way of the other end of the building and only on the second floor. Needless to say I wasn't impressed. I had several interactions with the other two front desk workers both that evening and the following morning. Very snooty and unhelpful very lackluster no personality. I'm like this is a hotel and you're the face of the hotel. The fish and chips suck at the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent
