Cannot understand why this hotel do not introduce electric shuttle boats , and to be first mover in Bangkok, in stead of stinky fuel boats polluting the beautiful restaurant area in front of the river.

All around amazing

Very difficult experience I reception. Must go there 4 times to solve a simple problem.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located and maintained. But what was most striking was the service and the staff. We requested the hotel transfer on both ways and from the moment we arrived at the airport and the moment we took our flight, the hotel make sure we were ok and comfortable Super friendly and very professional staff, we felt very welcomed. Excellent experience

We recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok for a 3 day vacation in August, and I must say, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. Our room was immaculate, with a breathtaking view of the city and the river view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the modern bathroom featured a rain shower that was perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the spa, where we had a relaxing massage. The on-site restaurant served some of the best meals we've had, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes including vegan and vegetarian . The musical Thailand show with dinner was amazing. They made our anniversary special with an exotic fruit platter. The location was ideal, just a short boat ride from the ICONSIAM mall making it easy to shop. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to ensure we had the best stay possible. A special shoutout to the concierge team and Visah* ( I forgot her full name) for their excellent restaurant recommendations. Overall, our stay at the Mandarin hotel in Bangkok was nothing short of amazing. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
