I’ve stayed in this area several times over the past few years, this hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful! I would stay here again.

Great check in. Very clean. Staff super nice and welcoming. Was even able to choose which floor I wanted to be on! Very close to dining, etc. 15 mins to airport.

Travis at the front desk was excellent. Very welcoming. The hotel seems like a newer build so it’s pretty much up to date. The hotel was pretty clean, the rooms were clean but the surfaces (lamps, desk, chairs) could’ve been wiped down a little better. The bathroom was clean. Standing shower was clean as well. Will return.

I enjoyed my one-night stay clean and quiet room. The renovations are very nice.

when we opened the curtains our view was a garbage disposal coral right outside our room. disgusting asked to have the bedding changed, came back that night nothing done. worst experience i have had in 15 years. Usually stay at a Hyatt sorry i didnt best part is i am a BonVoy member big deal.

The hotel was easily accessible from the main highway, but was in a quiet location and did not feel busy. Despite a full parking lot, the lobby and pool area were not crowded. Everything was very clean and fresh. They towels and tissues were folded into flowers, which was a cute and fancy touch. There were lots of choices for breakfast. My only recommendation would be a printed list of area restaurants and shops. The hotel is located within a shopping center/market place, but I had to use Google to see what was available in the area. It would be nice to be able to look at a list.

The hotel was pleasant, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed free parking and free continental breakfast. It was a lovely stay.

The location is good for our visits with family close by. The staff was friendly and upbeat. The breakfast buffet was excellent. However i would never stay here again. The room is the worst designed ive been in. You have to stand on your head to use the microwave and refrigerator. They should be on top of the cabinet instead of in it. The small refrigerator needs to be larger. The bathroom door opens into anyone who would be standing at the sink. The toilet paper dispenser is the worst design I've ever seen. It is easier to place the tp on the floor. The room does not have a good tv viewing area unless you sit on the bed. A small table and chairs need to be in the corner and front of the windows.

The Hotel is newly renovated so it is aesthetically pleasing. We have stayed here before and felt the first time we had a better experience. The water pressure in the shower was not great. The small fridge took quite awhile to get our things cold. We opted to fill up our cooler with ice instead. We travel with food since our daughter has autism and is a picky eater. The fitness area is very nice, a good amount of cardio machines, with a separate area for weights. The pool was also nice, we got to enjoy it all to ourselves most of the time. The breakfast provided has quite a few options, just make sure to get there early as it can get very busy.

Enjoyed my stay at the property. The complementary breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was very kind. I did find a random Jesus trinket sitting in a random spot in my room, as if it was watching me. But other than that, everything else was fine.

This was a decent hotel and I would maybe stay again depending on the price. I got a studio room and put kids on the pull out couch and parents on the bed. My biggest complaint is that whatever they use to clean the floors in the bathroom has a thick film that made your feet sticky and feel weird. At first I didn't mind but after a day it got really annoying and I felt the need to wipe my feet off or wear shoes to the bathroom. The sink for the bathroom was small and outside of the actual bathroom which I always find odd but it does picture some of the the rooms like that. The bed was definitely on the pretty firm side but not the worst I have ever had. There were 2 TVs and they were absolutely massive, maybe a touch too big. Since the room is small it lights up the room like crazy at night. The breakfast was nice with a wide variety that did change a little day to day. The pool was nice and seemed in good shape and very clean. All employees were very nice and helpful.

Clean, safe area, renovated building, staffs working hard and kind. A bit improvement needed in breakfast room - only one toaster one slot out of order, no sliced brread.

Nice hotel to stay at

The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the breakfast area. The only downside was that our room smelled like a bit like men’s cologne and cigarettes which made me question if the room was cleaned to a high standard.

Parking was great. Clean. Nice staff.
