Friendly front office staff; clean room, working A/C. Close to gas station. easy on/off highway. Property allowed dogs at a fair room price with no extra fees which is only reason I booked there.

Designated smoking area right outside A/C unit which drew smoke into room. Other guests did not clean up dog waster all around property... this is on the guests not the hotel staff but still was not a pleasant experience. Felt unsafe in that location when walking dog.

First two rooms were very smelly but the third one was better but had a smell of bathroom air freshener. Iron, iron board and hair dryer were not offered in the room.

Convenient. Reasonably priced.

The fact that they switched my room after my family member called and complained because the first room was horrible.

Being told that my room had been cleaned when it was clearly filthy and had items left from the previous guests, stains, and dirt on the floor. The fact that my dog could open the front door because of the lock design, so I had to take her everywhere with me. Not being allowed to bring my dog into the lobby when the motel was supposed to be dog friendly. People talking loudly outside my room at night, making my dog bark (not the motel's fault). Being told they were going to call the pound on my emotional support dog because she figured out how to open the door. P

Nothing the room smell like urine

Everything the people walking around look like junkies The rooms didn't look clean smell like urine.

There was bed bugs and cockroaches
