Room was large and comfortable. The bed was firm. Coffey was good.

No ice machine. No second mirror outside the bathroom. No chair for the round breakfast nook table. Limited channel selection for the TV.

Nothing, the whole deal sucked. Went to check in and there was no reservation. The Hotel staff sucked. Said we did it wrong and let us walk out. Was no help at all. Will never use booking . Com. What a joke. Did I say you sucked. Well, you do.

Customer service sucked.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable...no phone usb plugs....1 trash can...could stand some upgrade....mixed lightning....kitchenette with nothing to use...bottom of tub stained

The room was relatively comfortable, the staff were very nice. The location is very good, with easy access to the mall and a 30m~ drive to the oceanfront. I would stay there again, definitely.

The breakfast consists of a variety of oatmeal, packages of granola bars, and packaged muffins (coffee, hot water provided). The view was pretty mediocre with a tree outside the window.

Clean room and bed linens. Check in was quick and easy.

I already paid for the booking. The receptionist person said I haven't paid. When I asked him to double-check. He got angry and started arguing with me. It worst ever experience I had. He said I can not tell him to double-check like It was my fault. He did not even have the courtesy to say sorry. I had to say sorry because I was scared that he might do me some harm because I am staying there and he knows what room am I staying in.

Nothing to rave about. Room was mediocre for the price.

No extra pillows, blankets, shower pressure was awful.

stove refrigerator didn’t work, you can hear rodents running through the walls, ceiling light in the bathroom kept flickering, not happy for the price I paid.

The Sunday morning employee was very helpful professional and nice.

Room was half cleaned so I redid it myself also woke up to a shooting in the middle of the night…….
