Breakfast was tasty

We ate breakfast twice while we were here...exactly the same menu both days...would like to have had more of a variety

The staff was really friendly and professional the rooms were really nice and clean beds really comfortable at look forward to another stay soon

Breakfast was subpar for a luxury hotel. Powered eggs, precooked bacon and frozen reheated pancakes.

Breakfast was cold and every time I turned around something was out and want replaced. Staff had to be notified but staff should have been checking.

The room has multiple damages. Shower door doesn't stay close,faucet cracked and noise from car moving outside can be herd very loudly.

They have a really good breakfast it just ends a little early for getting kids up and down for it. The staff was very nice and efficient our coffee maker was broken and they replaced it within 10min the room was clean and the indoor pool was so nice and also heated with towels and we didn't have to tote towels down with all of our kids in tow. The room was perfect size for the 6 of us with 2 queen beds and a pull out and still room to move around and the kids to play while we rested some between outings. The room was clean and organized well. With a micro fridge and a small desk and bar area which would be perfect for a microwave area. Housekeeping was very efficient we didn't have them really clean just towels and trash and coffee replacement but they were very nice. The girl working the front desk was new but got some help and checked us in quickly. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Overall our stay was excellent and we will return on our next trip.

I wish our room had a microwave I thought it did when we booked it but I went back to our reservation and realized it wasn't listed it was an oversight on my part. It would have been nice to warm up things for the kids but again my fault for not checking. The breakfast provided was good just wish it was about 30min to an hour longer it proved difficult to get all the kids down stairs for breakfast when they were tired from nightly activities. But what was provided was very good with a variety of options. Even for my picky eaters. I also know smokers aren't popular but having some cover on the patio for smokers would be nice especially in a down pour and wanting to go out there is no where to get under. We arrived an hour early at 2pm for check-in our room was ready but there is a $30.00 charge for early check-in which is at 3pm seems a little steep for an hour early but we were tired from a 8 hour drive so I paid it and got to our room.

Staff was friendly. Facility was very clean. breakfast was great.

Bed was broken down, softy & saggy. lights were burnt out in the bathroom. Toilet paper was terrible.

The people at the desk was so friendly.

Spacious room and free parking around the hotel, sensible breakfast.

The staff at the check in - particularly the bold dude with beard who did not seem to care much. We got a wrong room with just one king bed made, while ordered two queen beds. When I got downstairs to clarify what happened, he reluctantly offered switching rooms, after a short argument, but this time the key cards didn’t work. So I had to go downstairs to the lobby yet again to get the key cards ‘recut’ by another guy, because the one we had been dealing with pretended not to see me anymore - how convenient. In the morning, when I was waiting outside at the backyard for my family, Mr. Receptionist bumped at me carrying some stuff to his car and didn’t bother returning my good morning - you need to be really determined to be as rude as the guy was.
