The staff was excellent I’m from another state and they really was excellent

Nothing everything was excellent to me and my family

Room was nice and fairly close to where we were going to (Veterans Amphitheater for a concert).

My son’s room wound up having ants- and staff initially just wanted to spray and have them breathe that in! He had to really argue to get a new room. Eventually, the room was changed and also upgraded for no additional cost so that was great. It should’ve been offered right away however

Locating was nice overall experience horrible experience racial profiling I have had been to this facility before new management and didn’t experience that but this time around totally different wouldn’t recommend at all

The gentleman in the front was harassing me because of my kids that came with me to enjoy my sons bday party stated ppl kept making complaints but per the other residents they said they didn’t have a issue he made a comment saying that the other visitors wouldn’t go into the pool area because of all the black kids but that was false no other person tried to come to the area and he sat outside my room door and stayed that the kids wer making noise but again no one complained

We were only here for one night so very limited interaction but the location was convenient right off the highway. Staff was welcoming and even gave us a call to make sure we were still on our way since we were arriving after 11.

plumbing was messed up in room had to relocate to another room, door was beat up..not a 230 room at all
