We stayed for a girls weekend. I had booked through Orbitz but I am a Marriott Bonvoy member so expected a very nice experience. The associates were very nice however when we got to our room, the air conditioning was not working. it was 80 in the room. We found the air conditioning unit in disrepair with wires all over the place, the cover was off and various pieces were on the floor. When we checked the bathroom, there were used towels on the counter and the package of hand soap was opened and used. We were given another room but I am sure they knew the room (602) was not safe or usable. The new room (422) was fine other than in the shower, the place where the body wash should have been was broken off the wall and the parts left on the wall were rusty. We also had 4 people in our room but there were only 3 bath towels. Breakfast was fine but there wasn’t enough food for the huge crowds. I am sure managers were aware of the numbers of patrons so there is no excuse for running out of food. I expect better from a Marriott location.

The property was well maintained. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast was good and had a variety of options. I wish some of these hotels would offer grits instead of oatmeal. In the south, we like grits!

The property is very nice. Convenient and easy parking. The breakfast was great. The pillows and room itself were comfortable and had everything needed. My into it complaint was the noise. It was near interstate/highway and very loud all nite long near the window. It was also very loud in the hallway and above us. So we did not get very much peaceful rest all nite. Made for a very long drive home. Other than that- I would definitely consider staying again. I will just take a fan or noise machine to be prepared.

Arrived at checkin to find out that our room was sold!!!! 1 am with no room after traveling for hours. I am so upset. We have no where to stay

Nice and clean rooms with excellent staff.

Safe neighborhood

Great for a one night stay. King size bed and pull out trundle bed for the little ones. Everything was in decent condition. Tub was just a little dirty. Breakfast was a decent free meal.

They cancelled my booking & the attendant at the checkin said, Expedia was notified, this wasn’t true since Expedia help desk had to call the hotel to verify whether I checkin or not and if they had cancelled my booking. This was at midnight when I arrived with family. Worse Experience

Big room, comfortable beds Bathroom door needs to change; when light is on in bathroom, filters thru glass and brightens up room. Tough for those trying to sleep if someone wakes in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

Best hotel I stayed in

Horrible breakfast. Very cold eggs, turkey sausage was awful to a taste of going bad. So crowded it’s was elbow to elbow with everyone filling up their plate like it was their last meal.

I like the property. Most of the power switches in the room were not working.

Nice and quiet

Overall we had a good experience. The breakfast had good options, but the serving area is small and not well organized. The wait time was long, and they ran out of some things. Also the pool was closed during our stay. We used the gym which was nice.

I would not recommend this property. The pool was out of commission, the couch and pull out bed was broken, the check in staff wasn't helpful.

My stay was good

Very comfy beds, pillows, blankets. Everything was clean. A great free breakfast mixed with hot and cold options.

Elevators are extremely slow. Water pressure is very weak and could be a little warmer especially for showering. Staff was excellent!!

I booked this hotel because it had an out door pool. The pool was not open i would of booked a different hotel if i would of know that. Everything else was good

Family getaway trip and planned to rest but both had to work

I loved how it was very clean. It also smelled clean. The staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.
